Claims (11)
- C3G(C3 사구체병증), IgAN(IgA 신병증), 및 MN(막성신증) 그리고 HUS(E.coli 유도 용혈성 요독성 증후군) 등의 사구체 C3 침적의 징후가 있는 기타 신병증의 치료에 사용하기 위한, 화학식 I의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염.

R은 수소, C1-C4알킬, 또는 C1-C6알콕시이고;
R1은 C1-C6알콕시이고;
R2는 C1-C6알킬이고;
R3은 C1-C6알콕시, C1-C6알킬, 또는 하이드록실이고;
R4는 -C(O)R8로 선택적으로 치환되는 페닐이고,
R8은 하이드록시, C1-C4알콕시, 또는 아미노임) - 제1항에 따른 사용을 위한 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염으로서,
R은 수소, 또는 C1-C2알킬이고;
R1은 C1-C6알콕시이고;
R2는 C1-C6알킬이고;
R3은 C1-C6알콕시 또는 C1-C6알킬이고;
R4는 -C(O)R8로 선택적으로 치환되는 페닐이고, R8은 하이드록실 또는 C1-C4알콕시인, 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염. - 제1항에 따른 사용을 위한 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염으로서,
R은 수소이고;
R1은 C1-C2알콕시이고;
R2는 C1-C2알킬이고;
R3은 C1-C2알콕시이고;
R4는 -C(O)R8로 선택적으로 치환되는 페닐이고, R8은 하이드록시인, 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염. - 제1항에 따른 사용을 위한 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염으로서, 상기 화합물은
4-(1-((5-메톡시-7-메틸-1H-인돌-4-일)메틸)-4-메틸피페리딘-2-일)벤조산;
4-(4-메톡시-1-((5-메톡시-7-메틸-1H-인돌-4-일)메틸)피페리딘-2-일)벤조산;
4-(4-에톡시-1-((5-메톡시-7-메틸-1H-인돌-4-일)메틸)피페리딘-2-일)벤조산;
4-(5-메톡시-1-((5-메톡시-7-메틸-1H-인돌-4-일)메틸)피페리딘-2-일)벤조산;
4-(5-하이드록시-1-((5-메톡시-7-메틸-1H-인돌-4-일)메틸)피페리딘-2-일)벤조산;
4-에틸-1-((5-메톡시-7-메틸-1H-인돌-4-일)메틸)피페리딘-2-일-벤조산;
4-(에틸-1-((5-메톡시-7-메틸-1H-인돌-4-일)메틸)피페리딘-2-일)벤조산;
에틸 4-((2S,4R)-1-((5-메톡시-7-메틸-1H-인돌-4-일)메틸)-4-메틸피페리딘-2-일)벤조산염; 및
에틸 4-((2S,4S)-4-에톡시-1-((5-메톡시-7-메틸-1H-인돌-4-일)메틸)피페리딘-2-일)벤조산염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는, 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염. - 제1항에 따른 사용을 위한 화합물로서, 상기 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염은 4-((2S,4S)-4-에톡시-1-((5-메톡시-7-메틸-1H-인돌-4-일)메틸)피페리딘-2-일)벤조산인 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, C3G(C3 사구체병증)의 치료에 사용되는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, IgAN(IgA 신병증)의 치료에 사용되는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, MN(막성신증)의 치료에 사용되는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, HUS(E.coli 유도 용혈성 요독성 증후군)의 치료에 사용되는 화합물.
- C3G(C3 사구체병증), IgAn(면역글로불린 A 신병증), 또는 MN(막성신증) 및 HUS(E.coli 유도 용혈성 요독성 증후군) 등의 사구체 C3 침적의 징후가 있는 기타 신병증에 걸린 환자에서 이러한 질병을 치료 또는 예방하는 방법으로서, 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항 또는 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 정의에 따른 화학식 I의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염의 유효량을 상기 환자에게 투여하는 단계로 이루어진 방법.
- C3G(C3 사구체병증), IgAn(IgA 신병증), 그리고 MN(막성신증) 및 HUS(E.coli 유도 용혈성 요독성 증후군) 등의 사구체 C3 침적의 징후가 있는 기타 신병증에서 선택되는 질환 또는 장애의 치료에 사용하기 위한 약학 조성물로서, 제1항 내지 제5항의 정의에 따른 화학식 I의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염의 치료적 유효량 및 하나 이상의 약학적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하는 약학 조성물.
