Abstract
30-40 중량 % PVC 수지 및 0.42-0.25 mm(40-60 메시)의 입자 크기를 갖는 왕겨 및/또는 땅콩 껍질의, 30-40 중량 %의 분말의 혼합물을 포함한다. 본 발명은 도한 본 발명에 따른 조성물을 압출하여 제조된 모조 나무에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 모조 나무는 목재와 매우 유사한 외형과 느낌을 가지며 종래 목재 공구를 사용해서 처리될 수 있다. 모조 나무는 어떠한 문제점 없이 페인트칠 될 수 있으며 접착제로 본딩될 수 있으며, 날씨에 매우 강하기 때문에, 야외 분야, 특히 습지 및 습기 환경에 적합하다.

Claims (11)
- PVC 수지 30-39 중량%, 0.42-0.25 mm의 입자 크기를 갖는 왕겨 또는 땅콩 껍질의 분말 30-39 중량%, 열가소성 재료로 구성되는 화학 바인더 8-12 중량%, 색상 안료 0.5-1중량%, 윤활제 2-4중량%, 탄산칼슘 12-18중량%, 및 PVC 가공 보조제 8-12중량%의 혼합물을 포함하고,
각각의 성분의 중량%의 합은 100중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 모조 나무 제조를 위한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 PVC 수지와 왕겨 또는 땅콩 껍질의 분말은 50 : 50의 비율로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모조 나무 제조를 위한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 PVC 수지 입자와, 왕겨 또는 땅콩 껍질의 분말은 동일한 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 모조 나무 제조를 위한 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물을 압출함으로써 획득할 수 있는 모조 나무.
- 제4항에 있어서,
압출에 의해 획득한 제품은 판 형상이거나 프로필(profile)인 것을 특징으로 하는 모조 나무.
- 제4항에 있어서,
압출 제품상에 구성된 플라스틱 껍질은 압출 후에 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모조 나무.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱 껍질은 마모에 의해 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모조 나무.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 마모는 24 내지 60 범위의 그레인을 갖는 연마재에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모조 나무.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 모조 나무의 표면에는 광택제 또는 유약이 칠해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모조 나무.
- 제4항에 있어서,
건축 자재, 바닥재, 벽 재료, 천장 재료 및 침목, 베니어, 창틀, 울타리, 가구, 차량 또는 전기 장치를 위한 케이스로서 사용되는 모조 나무.
- 모조 나무를 제조하는 방법으로서,
a) 혼합기에서 30 내지 39중량%의 PVC 수지, 0.42 내지 0.25mm의 입자 크기를 갖는 30 내지 39중량%의 왕겨 분말, 및 필러를 125 내지 140℃에서 5분 동안 혼합하는 단계;
b) 색 안료, 안정제, 가공 보조제, 윤활제로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제를 10분 동안 블렌더에서 혼합하여 a) 단계의 혼합물로 보내어, 전체 혼합물을 추가의 10분 동안 균일하게 혼합하는 단계;
c) b)단계의 혼합물을 30 분 동안 냉각 탱크내에서 냉각시키는 단계;와
d) 이중 스크류 압출기(double screw extruder) 또는 이축 압출기(twin screw extruder)에서 c) 단계의 혼합물을 150 내지 210℃ 범위의 제어된 온도에서 압출하는 단계를 포함하는 모조 나무 제조 방법.
