Claims (5)
- 식용화를 위한 아스파라거스 새순 밑단의 팽화방법에 있어서,
상기 아스파라거스 새순 밑단의 팽화방법은 먼저 아스파라거스의 순을 수확한 다음 불량 아스파라거스를 제거하기 위하여 선별하고 세척하고,
상기 세척한 아스파라거스 새순 밑단을 2 내지 3cm 길이로 세절한 후 22 내지 26시간 동안 50 내지 60℃의 온도에서 열풍방식으로 건조시시킨 다음, 팽화기계 내에서 상기 건조시킨 아스파라거스 새순 밑단을 팽화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 식용화를 위한 아스파라거스 새순 밑단의 팽화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서
상기 아스파라거스 새순 밑단을 팽화시킬 때 건조시킨 아스파라거스 새순 밑단을 5 내지 10분간 물에 침지시킨 다음 꺼내서 8~15분 동안 물기를 제거하고,
상기 물기를 제거한 상기 아스파라거스 새순 밑단을 5 내지 6kgf/cm2의 압력, 170 내지 190℃의 온도에서 5~10분 동안 가열한 다음 대기압으로 급격히 낮춰 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 식용화를 위한 아스파라거스 새순 밑단의 팽화방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 아스파라거스 새순 밑단을 세절할 때 세절하는 크기는 2 내지 3cm로 세절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식용화를 위한 아스파라거스 새순 밑단의 팽화방법
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 아스파라거스 새순 밑단을 팽화시켜 항산화물질의 함량을 증진시킴으로써 차, 건강식품, 화장품 등의 원료로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스파라거스 새순 밑단의 팽화방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 팽화시킨 아스파라거스 새순 밑단의 항산화물질의 추출율이 팽화시키지 않은 아스파라거스 새순 밑단의 항산화물질 추출율보다 1.3배 이상 증가하였으며,
상기 추출율 비교를 위하여 동량(10g)의 시료를 각각 삼각 플라스크에 넣고 200ml의 실온의 물과 75℃ 가량의 물에서 1시간 동안 추출하고 감압농축하여 수율을 비교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스파라거스 새순 말단의 팽화방법.
