Abstract
본 발명을 통해, 즉, 간단한 구조를 통해 용접용 턴테이블에 결합이 가능한 척 장치를 제공하게 되는 것이다.
또한, 스크류부를 회전시켜 제1파이프접촉부와 제2파이프접촉부 사이의 거리를 조절하여 파이프를 접촉 고정시킴으로써, 다양한 지름의 파이프를 고정시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 범용성을 제공하게 된다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 용접용 턴테이블 척 장치의 사시도이며, 도 3은 정면도이며, 도 4는 저면도이며, 도 5는 평면도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 용접용 턴테이블 척 장치가 결합되는 용접용 턴테이블의 예시도이며, 도 7은 용접용 턴테이블에 본 발명인 척 장치가 결합된 확대 평면도이며, 도 8은 용접용 턴테이블에 본 발명인 척 장치가 결합된 평면도이며, 도 9는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 용접용 턴테이블 척 장치가 용접용 턴테이블에 결합된 상태에서 손잡이부를 회전시켜 파이프를 고정한 상태를 나타낸 예시도이다.

Claims (2)
- 용접용 턴테이블 척 장치에 있어서,
일정 지름을 가지는 원형플레이트(100);와
원형플레이트의 상면 중앙에 길게 형성되는 중앙구멍부(200);와
서로 마주하여 대향하도록 위치하며, 상기 중앙구멍부의 폭보다 크게 각각 형성되며, 일측에 파이프 외면이 접촉되는 접촉면(311, 321)이 각각 형성되어 있는 제1파이프접촉부(310) 및 제2파이프접촉부(320);와
상기 원형플레이트의 저면 중앙에 서로 마주하여 대향하도록 위치하며, 상기 중앙구멍부를 각각 관통하여 상기 제1파이프접촉부(310) 및 제2파이프접촉부(320)의 하측에 각각 연결되며, 각각 관통홀이 형성되되, 관통홀에 스크류홈이 각각 형성되어 있는 제1스크류홈형성부(410) 및 제2스크류홈형성부(420);와
상기 중앙구멍부(200)와 평행하게 하측에 형성되되, 상기 제1스크류홈형성부(410) 및 제2스크류홈형성부(420)를 관통하여 형성되어 있는 스크류부(500);와
상기 스크류부의 일측 끝단에 형성되어 작업자에 의해 스크류부를 회전시키기 위한 손잡이부(600);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접용 턴테이블 척 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 원형플레이트(100)에 일정 간격으로 턴테이블결합홀(150)이 다수 형성되어 턴테이블(800)에 일정 간격으로 형성된 척결합홀(850)과 상기 턴테이블결합홀(150) 간에 결합수단(900)을 통해 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접용 턴테이블 척 장치.
