Claims (15)
- 냉각수가 유입 및 배출되는 제1, 및 제2 헤더탱크와, 상기 제1, 및 제2 헤더탱크를 상호 연결하는 다수개의 튜브와 방열핀을 포함하는 고온 라디에이터;
냉각수가 유입 및 배출되는 제3, 및 제4 헤더탱크와, 상기 제3, 및 제4 헤더탱크를 상호 연결하는 다수개의 튜브와 방열핀을 포함하는 저온 라디에이터; 및
상기 제2, 및 제4 헤더탱크에 대응하는 상기 고온 및 저온 라디에이터의 측면에 배치되어 상기 제2 및 제4 헤더탱크와 각각 연결되고, 상기 제2, 및 제4 헤더탱크로부터 각각 공급되는 냉각수와의 열교환을 통해 내부에 유입된 냉매를 응축시키는 컨덴서;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 컨덴서는
후면에서 이격된 위치에 각각 구비되는 제1 유입관과, 제1 배출관을 통해 상기 제2 헤더탱크와 연결되며, 상기 고온 라디에이터로부터 공급된 냉각수가 순환되는 제1 방열부; 및
상기 제1 방열부와 일체로 형성되고, 전면에서 이격된 위치에 각각 구비되는 제2 유입관과, 제2 배출관을 통해 상기 제4 헤더탱크와 연결되며, 상기 저온 라디에이터로부터 공급된 냉각수가 순환되는 제2 방열부;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 컨덴서에는
후면 상부에 냉매 유입구가 형성되고, 상기 냉매 유입구와 대각선 방향으로 이격된 하부에 냉매 배출구가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 컨덴서는
상기 냉매 유입구를 통하여 유입된 냉매를 상기 제1 방열부와 상기 제2 방열부를 순차적으로 통과시키면서 냉각수와 열교환을 통해 응축하고, 상기 냉매 배출구를 통하여 응축이 완료된 냉매를 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유입관은 상기 컨덴서의 길이방향을 기준으로 상부에 위치되고,
상기 제1 배출관은 상기 제1 유입관 보다 하부에 위치되며,
상기 제2 유입관은 상기 컨덴서의 길이방향을 기준으로 하부에 위치되고,
상기 제2 배출관은 상기 제2 유입관 보다 상부에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 방열부는
기체 상태의 냉매를 상기 고온 라디에이터로부터 공급되는 냉각수를 이용해 응축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 방열부는
상기 제1 방열부를 통과하면서 1차로 응축되어 기체 및 액체가 혼합된 상태의 냉매를 2차로 응축하는 메인 방열부; 및
상기 컨덴서의 길이방향을 기준으로 상기 메인 방열부의 하부에 위치되며, 상기 메인 방열부를 통과하면서 2차로 응축된 냉매를 추가로 응축하는 서브 방열부;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제4 헤더탱크로부터 공급된 냉각수는
상기 서브 방열부를 먼저 통과하고, 상기 메인 방열부를 통과한 후에 상기 제4 헤더탱크로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 메인 방열부는
내부를 통과하면서 응축된 냉매의 기액분리와 수분을 제거하는 리시버 드라이어를 통해 상기 서브 방열부와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 리시버 드라이어는
상기 제2 방열부의 외부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 리시버 드라이어는
상기 컨덴서의 길이방향을 기준으로 상기 메인 방열부와 상기 서브 방열부의 사이에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 방열부는
상기 제1 방열부의 하부에 배치되며, 상기 컨덴서의 내부에서 상기 제1 방열부와 냉각수의 혼입이 방지되도록 구획되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 컨덴서는
다수개의 플레이트가 적층 형성되는 수랭식 판형 열교환기 인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고온 라디에이터의 후방에는 쿨링팬이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저온 라디에이터는
상기 고온 라디에이터의 전방에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쿨링모듈.
