Abstract
Description
도 1은 한 가지 구체예에 따른 환자로부터 기록된 3D 볼륨메트릭 데이터의 2D 투영을 나타낸 것이다.
도 2는 두 턱에 관한 3D 볼륨메트릭 데이터를 분리하기 위한 종래 기술의 방법을 도시한 것이다.
도 3은 한 가지 구체예에 따른 표면 스캔으로부터의 데이터를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 한 가지 구체예에 따라 테두리 공간이 구조화된 절단 표면으로부터 어떻게 한정될 수 있는지를 도시한 것이다.
도 5는 한 가지 구체예에 따른 개선된 선택도를 갖는 3D 볼륨메트릭 데이터의 2D 투영을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 환자로부터 3D 볼륨메트릭 데이터(3D volumetric data)의 선택적 볼륨 렌더링(selective volume rendering)을 위한 방법으로서, 상기 방법이
- 환자의 신체에서 제1 및 제2 해부학적 구조에 대한 데이터를 포함하는 3D 볼륨메트릭 데이터 세트를 얻고;
- 상기 제1 해부학적 구조의 지형(topography)을 나타내는 제1 부분을 포함하는 제1 디지털 3D 표현(representation)을 얻고;
- 상기 제1 디지털 3D 표현의 상기 제1 부분으로부터 제1 절단 표면을 적어도 부분적으로 한정하고;
- 상기 3D 볼륨메트릭 데이터 세트의 볼륨 렌더링에 의해 상기 제1 해부학적 구조의 2D 투영을 생성시키는데, 상기 제1 절단 표면이 상기 제2 해부학적 구조에 관한 3D 볼륨메트릭 데이터를 배제하도록 적용되는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 제1 해부학적 구조가 환자의 턱들 중 제1 턱에서의 치아 구조를 포함하고, 제2 해부학적 구조가 환자의 턱들 중 반대의 제2 턱에서의 치아 구조를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 턱들 중 제1 턱에서의 치아 구조가 상기 턱들 중 제1 턱의 턱 뼈 및/또는 치아의 적어도 일부를 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 제1 디지털 3D 표현이 제1 표면 스캔을 포함하고, 제1 부분은 환자의 턱들 중 제1 턱에서 하나 이상의 치아의 지형을 나타내는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 또는 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방법이 볼륨 렌더링에 포함되는 3D 볼륨메트릭 데이터를 담도록 배열된 테두리 공간을 형성시킴을 포함하고, 테두리 공간의 한 표면 중 적어도 일부가 제1 절단 표면에 의해 형성되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 볼륨 렌더링이 적어도 부분적으로 광선 추적을 기초로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 절단 표면이 제1 해부학적 구조에서, 예컨대, 턱들 중 제1 턱에서의 치아에서 이격되도록 상기 1 절단 표면과 3D 볼륨메트릭 데이터 사이에 오프셋(offset)이 제공되는 방법.
- 환자로부터 3D 볼륨메트릭 데이터의 선택적 볼륨 렌더링을 위한 방법으로서, 상기 방법이
- 환자의 신체에서 제1 및 제2 해부학적 구조에 대한 데이터를 포함하는 3D 볼륨메트릭 데이터 세트를 얻고;
- 상기 제1 해부학적 구조의 지형을 나타내는 제1 부분을 포함하는 제1 디지털 3D 표현을 얻고;
- 상기 제1 디지털 3D 표현의 상기 제1 부분으로부터 테두리 공간을 적어도 부분적으로 한정하고;
- 상기 3D 볼륨메트릭 데이터 세트의 볼륨 렌더링에 의해 상기 제1 해부학적 구조의 2D 투영을 생성시키는데, 상기 테두리 공간이 상기 제2 해부학적 구조에 관한 3D 볼륨메트릭 데이터를 배제하도록 적용되는 것을 포함하는 방법.
