Claims (10)
- 베어링 부품(1)을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,
베어링 부품 블랭크(2)가 철에 기재한 금속 기판(3) 및 변환 층(4)을 구비하며, 변환 층(4)은 금속 기판(3) 상에 적어도 국부적으로 형성되고 출발 층 두께(db)를 가지며, 변환 층(4)으로서 산화철에 기재한 흑염 층이 형성되고, 이 흑염 층은 알칼리 처리 조를 이용한 금속 기판(3)의 적어도 국부적인 처리를 통해 생성되며, 베어링 부품(1)을 얻기 위해 베어링 부품 블랭크(2)의 금속 기판(3)이 경화되고, 적어도 변환 층(4)의 일 영역에서 베어링 부품 블랭크(2) 위에서 볼 형상의 바디(6)가 롤링되며, 변환 층(4)이 상기 영역에서 압축되고, 최종 층 두께(de)를 갖는 베어링 부품(1)의 보호 층(8)이 형성되며, 최종 층 두께(de)는 출발 층 두께(db)의 95% 미만인, 베어링 부품 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 볼 형상의 바디(6)가 유체 정역학적 스무스 롤링 또는 딥 롤링 공구(5)의 구성 부품인, 베어링 부품 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 초경합금 또는 세라믹 소재의 볼 형상 바디(6)가 사용되는, 베어링 부품 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 롤링에 의해, 보호 층(8)이 변환 층(4)의 경도(HU)의 적어도 150%에 상응하는 경도(HU)를 갖도록 변환 층(4)이 압축되는, 베어링 부품 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 롤링에 의해, 베어링 부품(1)이 적어도 보호 층(8)의 영역에서 500메가파스칼을 초과하는 잔류 응력(σe)을 갖도록 변환 층(4)이 압축되는, 베어링 부품 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 베어링 부품 블랭크(2)가 변환 층(4)의 영역에서 미끄러지지 않고 롤링되는, 베어링 부품 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 롤링에 선행하여 베어링 부품 블랭크 제조 단계가 실시되며, 베어링 부품 블랭크 제조 단계에서는 블랭크 기하구조를 갖는 베어링 부품 블랭크(2)가 제조되고, 상기 베어링 부품 블랭크(2)는 롤링 후에 최종 기하구조를 갖는 베어링 부품(1)을 형성하는, 베어링 부품 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 변환 층(4)의 롤링 시 압력은 2000메가파스칼을 초과하도록 선택되는, 베어링 부품 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 베어링 부품(1)으로서,
상기 베어링 부품(1)은 경화된 금속 기판(3) 상에 적어도 국부적으로 보호 층(8)을 구비하며, 이 보호 층(8)은 변환 층(4)의 롤링에 의해 생성되는, 베어링 부품(1). - 제9항에 있어서, 베어링 링 또는 롤링 바디인 베어링 부품(1).
