Claims (6)
- 터보차저의 터빈 전단의 배기가스 온도를 정상적으로 확보할 수 있는지 컨트롤러가 판단하는 온도확보판단단계와;
상기 터빈 전단의 배기가스 온도를 정상적으로 확보할 수 있는 경우, 상기 컨트롤러가 터빈 전단의 배기가스 온도, 엔진 운전모드, 엔진속도, 및 대기압에 따른 기본보정토크의 맵으로부터, 현재 상태에 따른 기본보정토크를 구하는 기본산출단계와;
상기 터빈 전단의 배기가스 온도를 정상적으로 확보할 수 있는 경우, 상기 컨트롤러는 상기 기본보정토크를 바탕으로 최종보정토크를 결정하고, 엔진의 전부하 토크에서 상기 최종보정토크를 차감한 값으로 엔진토크를 제어하는 엔진제어단계;
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진 제어 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 터빈 전단의 배기가스 온도를 정상적으로 확보할 수 있는 경우, 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 터빈 전단의 배기가스 온도와 미리 설정된 소정의 한계온도의 차이와, 엔진속도에 따라 결정되는 PI 피드백 제어량인 추가보정토크를 구하는 추가산출단계를 더 포함하고,
상기 최종보정토크는 상기 추가산출단계에서 산출된 추가보정토크를 상기 기본보정토크에 합산하여 결정하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진 제어 방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 기본보정토크에 추가보정토크를 합산한 결과를 소정의 제1기준토크범위 이내로 제한하여 상기 최종보정토크로 결정하도록 하는 제1범위제한단계를 더 포함하여 구성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진 제어 방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 추가산출단계는 상기 터빈 전단의 배기가스 온도와 상기 한계온도의 차이가 소정의 기준온도범위에 속하는 경우에만 수행하도록 구성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진 제어 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 터빈 전단의 배기가스 온도를 정상적으로 확보할 수 없는 경우, 상기 컨트롤러가 엔진 운전모드, 엔진속도, 및 대기압에 따른 임시보정토크의 맵으로부터, 현재 상태에 따른 임시보정토크를 구하는 비상산출단계와;
상기 터빈 전단의 배기가스 온도를 정상적으로 확보할 수 없는 경우, 상기 컨트롤러는 상기 임시보정토크를 소정의 제2기준토크범위 이내로 제한하여 상기 최종보정토크를 결정하도록 하는 제2범위제한단계;
를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진 제어 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기본산출단계의 상기 기본보정토크를 구하는 맵에서, 상기 엔진 운전모드는 DePM, DeNOx, DeSOx 및 이들 모드 이외의 일반적인 운전상황인 Normal을 포함하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진 제어 방법.
