Abstract
따라서 본 발명은 합성수지로 이루어진 바닥부재의 하측에 폐타이어 칩으로 이루어진 탄성부재를 이중 사출에 의해 결합함으로써 단순한 결합구조 및 구성에 의해 바닥재를 제작함에 따라 제작비용 및 제품비용을 대폭 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 버려지는 자원을 재활용할 수 있어 더욱 경제적인 효과가 있다.

Claims (3)
- 복수의 결합돌기 및 결합홀을 이용하여 복수의 바닥부재를 경기장의 바닥에 전후, 좌우로 연결하는 조립식 탄성 바닥재에 있어서.
상기 바닥부재(10)에는 전후로 관통된 복수의 삽입홀(11)이 형성되고, 바닥부재(10)의 하측에는 폐타이어 칩으로 이루어진 탄성부재(20)가 상기 삽입홀(11)에 삽입되어 이중 사출에 의해 일체로 결합되며,
상기 탄성부재(20)는 탄성력을 발휘할 수 있도록 바닥부재(10)의 하측으로 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 탄성 바닥재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 탄성부재(20)는 폐타이어 칩, 고무, 우레탄, 발포스폰지 중 어느 하나로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 탄성 바닥재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 바닥부재(10)의 두께와 돌출된 탄성부재(20) 두께의 비율은 1 : 0.5 ~ 1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 탄성 바닥재.
