도 2는 본 발명에 따른 댐핑 제어과정을 순차적으로 나타낸 도면.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 핸드온상태와 핸드오프상태에서의 댐핑량을 나타낸 도면.
도 4는 본 발명을 적용함에 따른 스티어링휠의 복원조타시, 조향각 오버슈팅량의 개선결과를 기존과 비교하여 나타낸 도면.

Claims (6)
- 컨트롤러가 스티어링휠을 조향각 중립으로 복원하는 조향으로 판단시, 차속과 조향각속도와 조향모터의 출력값을 기반으로 기본댐핑값을 연산하는 기본댐핑값연산단계;
컨트롤러가 조향상태와 차량의 자세를 반영하는 신호들을 기반으로 스티어휠에서 손을 놓은 핸드오프상태인지 판단하는 핸드온오프판단단계;
컨트롤러가 상기 핸드오프상태로 판단시, 상기 기본댐핑값을 증대하는 방향으로 보상하여 최종댐핑값을 산출하는 보상단계; 및
컨트롤러가 상기 보상이 이루어진 최종댐핑값으로 조향모터를 제어하여 스티어링휠을 복원 조향하는 복원조향제어단계;를 포함하는 차량용 조향시스템의 댐핑 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 핸드온오프판단단계에서는, 조향토크가 일정값 이하이고, 요레이트가 일정값 이하이며, 횡가속도가 일정값 이상시, 핸드오프상태로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조향시스템의 댐핑 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 보상단계는,
조향토크와 요레이트와 횡가속도별로 각각의 게인값을 설정하고;
상기 조향토크와 요레이트와 횡가속도의 게인값을 곱하여 보상게인값을 연산하며;
상기 보상게인값을 기본댐핑값에 합산하여 최종댐핑값을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조향시스템의 댐핑 제어방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 조향토크게인값은 0 ≤ 조향토크게인값 ≤ a의 값으로, 조향토크에 반비례하여 결정되고;
상기 요레이트게인값은 0 ≤ 요레이트게인값 ≤ a의 값으로, 요레이트에 반비례하여 결정되며;
상기 횡가속도게인값은 0 ≤ 횡가속도게인값 ≤ a의 값으로, 횡가속도에 비례하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조향시스템의 댐핑 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 핸드온오프판단단계에서는, 조향토크가 일정값 초과이거나, 요레이트가 일정값 초과이거나, 횡가속도가 일정값 미만시, 핸드온상태로 판단하고;
상기 복원조향단계에서는, 상기 핸드온상태로 판단시, 상기 기본댐핑값으로 조향모터를 제어하여 스티어링휠을 복원 조향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 조향시스템의 댐핑 제어방법. - 차속과 조향각속도와 조향모터의 출력값을 기반으로 기본댐핑값을 연산하는 기본댐핑값연산부;
조향상태와 차량의 자세를 반영하는 신호들을 이용하여 스티어링휠에서 손을 놓은 핸드오프상태인지 판단하고, 상기 핸드오프상태로 판단시, 상기 기본댐핑값을 증대하는 방향으로 보상게인값을 산출하는 보상연산부; 및
상기 기본댐핑값에 보상게인값을 합산하여 최종댐핑값을 산출하고, 산출된 최종댐핑값으로 조향모터를 제어하는 조향제어부;를 포함하는 차량용 조향시스템의 댐핑 제어시스템.
