Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 유도 가열 어셈블리를 개략적으로 도시한다.
도 2a는 외부 서셉터를 가열시키도록 작동할 때, 도 1의 유도 가열 어셈블리를 통한 전류의 흐름을 개략적으로 도시한다.
도 2b는 재충전 가능 전원을 충전하도록 작동할 때, 도 1의 유도 가열 어셈블리를 통한 전류의 흐름을 개략적으로 도시한다.
도 3은 도 1, 도 2a 및 도 2b의 유도 가열 어셈블리가 전자기장의 외부 소스와 상호 작용할 수 있는 방법을 개략적으로 도시한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 증기 생성 디바이스의 분해도를 개략적으로 도시한다.

Claims (15)
- 증기 생성 디바이스에 대한 유도 가열 어셈블리에 있어서,
재충전 가능 전원; 및
유도 코일
을 포함하고,
상기 유도 코일은,
사용 중에, 서셉터를 가열하도록 구성되고,
또한, 사용 중에, 외부 소스에 의해 생성되는 전자기장을 수용하여 상기 전원을 충전하도록 구성되는,
유도 가열 어셈블리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외부 소스에 의해 생성되는 전자기장에 의해 상기 유도 코일에서 유도되는 고주파수 교류를 상기 재충전 가능 전원을 충전하는 데 적절한 형태로 변경하도록 구성되는 정류기
를 더 포함하는 유도 가열 어셈블리. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 정류기는,
상기 유도 코일로부터의 상기 고주파수 교류를 직류로 변경하도록 구성되는,
유도 가열 어셈블리. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 전원으로부터의 직류를 교호 고주파수 전류로 변경하도록 구성되는 인버터; 및
사용 중에, 상기 교호 고주파수 전류가 상기 유도 코일에 선택적으로 공급될 수 있고, 서셉터가 상기 유도 코일에 의해 유도성으로 가열될 수 있고, 사용 중에, 전력이 외부 소스에 의해 생성되는 전자기장의 형태로 상기 유도 코일에서 받게 되어, 상기 전원을 유도성으로 충전시킬 때, 직류가 상기 전원에 선택적으로 공급될 수 있도록 사용 중에, 상기 전원, 상기 유도 코일, 상기 정류기 및 상기 인버터와 전기 연결되도록 구성되는 유도 제어기
를 더 포함하는 유도 가열 어셈블리. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유도 코일은 실질적으로 원통형의 형상인,
유도 가열 어셈블리. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 인버터 및 상기 정류기는 상기 전원으로부터의 직류를 교호 고주파수 전류로 선택적으로 변경하고, 상기 유도 코일로부터의 교호 고주파수 전류를 직류로 선택적으로 변경하도록 구성되는 동일한 구성물인,
유도 가열 어셈블리. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 어셈블리는 상기 어셈블리의 체적 내에 전자기장의 외부 소스의 적어도 일부를 수용하도록 구성되는,
유도 가열 어셈블리. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 어셈블리의 적어도 일부는 사용 중에, 전자기장의 외부 소스의 체적에 삽입되도록 구성되는,
유도 가열 어셈블리. - 증기 생성 디바이스에 있어서,
제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유도 가열 어셈블리;
증발 가능 물질 및 유도 가열 가능 서셉터를 포함하는 본체를 수용하도록 구성되는 가열 구획;
상기 가열 구획에 공기를 제공하도록 구성되는 공기 입구; 및
상기 가열 구획과 연통하는 공기 출구
를 포함하는 증기 생성 디바이스. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 가열 구획은 실질적으로 원통형의 증발 가능 물품을 수용하도록 구성되는,
증기 생성 디바이스. - 증기 생성 디바이스 충전 시스템에 있어서,
제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유도 가열 어셈블리; 및
전자기장을 생성함으로써 상기 유도 가열 어셈블리의 유도 코일에서 전류를 유도하도록 구성되는 충전 코일을 포함하는 충전 디바이스
를 포함하는 증기 생성 디바이스 충전 시스템. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 충전 디바이스는 실질적으로 원통형인, 증기 생성 디바이스 충전 시스템. - 증기 생성 디바이스를 충전하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 증기 생성 디바이스의 유도 가열 어셈블리에 근접하게 충전 디바이스를 배치하는 단계로서, 상기 유도 가열 어셈블리는 재충전 가능 전원 및 유도 가열 코일을 포함하는 단계; 및
상기 재충전 가능 전원에 전하를 공급하기 위해 전자기장의 형태로 상기 충전 디바이스로부터 상기 가열 어셈블리의 상기 유도 가열 코일로 전력을 전달하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 충전 디바이스의 일부가 상기 유도 가열 어셈블리의 체적에 적어도 부분적으로 삽입되는, 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
