Claims (15)
- 개인에서 자가면역 질환의 치료 또는 예방 방법으로서,
개인의 HLA 하플로타입을 결정하는 단계; 및 상기 하플로타입에 기초하여 개인에게 치료 요법을 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 개인에서 자가면역 질환의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 개인의 HLA 하플로타입을 결정하는 단계;
상기 개인에서 자가면역 질환과 관련하여 초기 발생 자가항체의 특이성을 결정하는 단계; 및
상기 하플로타입 및 상기 초기 발생 자가항체의 특이성에 기초하여 개인에게 치료 요법을 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 질환이 제1형 당뇨병과 같은 자가면역 당뇨병인 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
HLA DR3-DQ2 하플로타입을 갖고 선택적으로 GADA를 먼저 갖는 개인은 적어도 GAD-자가항원으로 치료되는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항 에있어서,
HLA DR3/4-DQ2/8 유전자형을 갖는 개인은 동일한 제제(formulation) 또는 별도의 제제로 GAD 자가항원 및 인슐린 자가항원 모두로 치료되는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
DR4-DQ8 하플로타입을 갖지만 DR3-DQ2 하플로타입을 갖지 않고, 선택적으로 인슐린 자가항체를 먼저 나타내는 개인은 적어도 인슐린 자가항원으로 치료되는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
DR4-DQ8 하플로타입을 갖지만 DR3-DQ2 하플로타입을 갖는 개인은 알룸(alum) 단독으로 처리되는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
HLA DR8/4-DQ4/8 하플로타입을 갖고 선택적으로 인슐린 자가항체를 먼저 나타내는 개인은 적어도 인슐린 자가항원으로 치료되는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
GAD-항원의 투여는 피하, 피내 또는 림프 내 중 어느 하나 투여인 방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
GAD 항원이 알룸(alum)으로 제제되는(formulated) 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
인슐린 자가항원의 투여는 경구(oral), 설하(sublingual), 근육 내(intramuscular), 피내(intradermal) 또는 림프 내(intra-lymphatic) 투여인 방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 또는 제11항에 있어서,
인슐린 항원이 알룸으로 또는 식염수 용액에 제제되는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알룸 단독의 투여는 피하, 피내 또는 림프 내 투여인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에서 자가항원으로서 사용하기 위한 GAD.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에서 자가항원으로서 사용하기 위한 인슐린.
