Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 폴리이소시아네이트 성분을 포함하고, 중합 촉매를 포함하지 않는, 수분량 200 질량ppm 이하의 조성물 A 를 조제하는 공정 (1),
폴리티올 성분을 포함하는, 수분량 1000 질량ppm 이하의 조성물 B 를 조제하는 공정 (2), 및
상기 조성물 A 및 상기 조성물 B 를 혼합하여, 중합성 조성물을 얻는 공정 (3),
을 포함하는, 중합성 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공정 (1) 에 있어서, 상기 조성물 A 의 수분량이 40 질량ppm 이하인, 중합성 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
공정 (1) 에 있어서, 감압 조건하에서 수분량을 저감시키는, 중합성 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
공정 (2) 에 있어서, 감압 조건하에서 수분량을 저감시키는, 중합성 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 조성물 A 가, 이형제를 추가로 포함하는, 중합성 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 조성물 B 가, 중합 촉매를 추가로 포함하는, 중합성 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 조성물 A 가, 자외선 흡수제를 추가로 포함하는, 중합성 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 중합성 조성물의 수분량이, 300 질량ppm 이하인, 중합성 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리티올 성분이, 2,5-비스(메르캅토메틸)-1,4-디티안, 펜타에리트리톨테트라키스(2-메르캅토아세테이트), 펜타에리트리톨테트라키스(3-메르캅토프로피오네이트), 4-메르캅토메틸-1,8-디메르캅토-3,6-디티아옥탄, 4,7-비스(메르캅토메틸)-3,6,9-트리티아-1,11-운데칸디티올, 4,8-비스(메르캅토메틸)-3,6,9-트리티아-1,11-운데칸디티올, 5,7-비스(메르캅토메틸)-3,6,9-트리티아-1,11-운데칸디티올, 트리메틸올프로판트리스(2-메르캅토아세테이트), 트리메틸올프로판트리스(3-메르캅토프로피오네이트), 부탄디올비스(2-메르캅토아세테이트), 부탄디올비스(3-메르캅토프로피오네이트), 디펜타에리트리톨헥사키스(2-메르캅토아세테이트), 및 디펜타에리트리톨헥사키스(3-메르캅토프로피오네이트) 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 포함하는, 중합성 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분이, 2,5-비스(이소시아나토메틸)-비시클로[2.2.1]헵탄, 2,6-비스(이소시아나토메틸)-비시클로[2.2.1]헵탄, 1,3-비스(이소시아나토메틸)시클로헥산, 1,4-비스(이소시아나토메틸)시클로헥산, 1,3-비스(이소시아나토메틸)벤젠, 1,4-비스(이소시아나토메틸)벤젠, 디시클로헥실메탄-4,4'-디이소시아네이트, 이소포론디이소시아네이트, 및 헥사메틸렌디이소시아네이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 포함하는, 중합성 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻어진 중합성 조성물을 성형 형틀 내에 주입하는 공정, 및
상기 중합성 조성물을 중합하는 공정을 포함하는, 광학 부재의 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 광학 부재가 안경용 렌즈 기재인, 광학 부재의 제조 방법.
