Abstract
본 발명에 의한 버스바의 결합구조는 고전압 부품들의 버스바 간 연결을 종래의 볼팅 결합구조에서 커넥팅 방식으로 변경하여, 인버터의 소형화 및 냉각 효과를 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 버스바 간 체결시 사용되는 치공구의 삭제가 가능하므로 전력부품 배치가 용이한 효과가 있다.

도 3은 본 발명에 따른 버스바의 결합구조를 구성하는 암 타입의 버스바를 나타낸 사시도.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 버스바의 결합구조를 구성하는 암 타입의 버스바를 구성하는 암 버스바 결합부의 다른 실시 예를 나타낸 평면도.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 버스바의 결합구조를 구성하는 수 타입의 버스바를 나타낸 사시도.
도 6 및 7은 본 발명에 따른 버스바의 결합구조를 구성하는 보호 커버의 설치상태를 나타낸 사시도 및 측면도.
도 8은 본 발명에 따른 버스바의 결합구조의 다른 실시 예를 나타낸 사시도.

Claims (11)
- 전력부품에 장착되는 버스바의 결합구조에 있어서,
상기 전력부품의 다른 구성에 각각 결합되는 암(Female) 타입의 버스바 및 수(Male) 타입의 버스바로 구성되고,
상기 암 타입의 버스바와 수 타입의 버스바는 끼움 결합되는 것인 버스바의 결합구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 암 타입의 버스바와 수 타입의 버스바는,
전력부품에 일 단이 고정결합되는 암·수 버스바 몸체; 및
상기 버스바 몸체의 타 단에 각각 형성되고 결합 또는 분리되는 암·수 버스바 결합부;로 이루어지는 것인 버스바의 결합구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 암·수 버스바 몸체와 암·수 버스바 결합부는 복수개수로 형성되는 것인 버스바의 결합구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 암 버스바 결합부의 내면 둘레에는 장착홈이 형성되고, 상기 장착홈에는 스프링이 장착되는 것인 버스바의 결합구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 수 버스바 결합부의 외면에는 스프링이 장착되는 것인 버스바의 결합구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 암 버스바 결합부의 내면과 수 버스바 결합부의 외면은 원형, 사각형, 다각형 중 어느 하나의 형상으로 형성되는 것인 버스바의 결합구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 암 버스바 결합부는 전력부품과 연결 또는 결합되는 것인 버스바의 결합구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 암·수 버스바 결합부의 상부에는 보호 커버가 착·탈 가능하게 장착되는 것인 버스바의 결합구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 암 타입의 버스바와 수 타입의 버스바는,
전력부품에 일 단이 고정결합되는 직각 형상의 암·수 버스바 몸체; 및
상기 버스바 몸체의 끝단에 각각 형성되고, 수평방향으로 슬라이딩 작동을 통해 결합 또는 분리될 수 있도록 암 버스바 결합부는 홈 형상으로 형성되며, 수 버스바 결합부에는 결합돌기가 형성되는 것인 버스바의 결합구조.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 암 버스바 결합부의 내면 상부 또는 내면 하부 또는 내면 상·하부 중 어느 한 곳에 판 스프링 장착홈이 형성되는 것인 버스바의 결합구조.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 판 스프링 장착홈의 끝단은 경사지게 형성되는 것인 버스바의 결합구조.
