Claims (3)
- 슬러지를 포함하는 쿨런트액을 여과하기 위한 여과장치와, 상기 여과장치로 여과된 처리액 중의 입자를 검지하는 검지수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는, 쿨런트액처리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 처리액을 저류하는 처리액조를 구비하고,
상기 검지수단은, 상기 여과장치와 상기 처리액조의 사이에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 쿨런트액처리시스템. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 검지수단은, 광을 이용하여 입자를 검지하는 광학적 검지수단인 것을 특징으로 하는, 쿨런트액처리시스템.
