Claims (13)
- 하나 이상의 가열 소자(14) 및 하나 이상의 열 전도체(12), 바람직하게는 알루미늄으로 제조된 열 전도체(12)를 구비한, 액체, 특히 액체 저장용 탱크 내의 액체를 가열하기 위한 가열 장치(10)에 있어서,
가열 소자(14)가 전기 전도성 플라스틱 재료로 형성되고, 전기 전도성 플라스틱 재료가 열 전도체(12)와 전기 전도 방식 및 열 전도 방식으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가열 장치(10). - 제1항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 플라스틱 재료가 열 전도체(12)와 직접 기계적으로 접촉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가열 장치(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 플라스틱 재료가 플라스틱 성분 및 전기 전도 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가열 장치(10).
- 제3항에 있어서, 플라스틱 성분이 폴리에틸렌, 특히 고밀도 폴리에틸렌("HDPE"), 폴리아미드 및/또는 폴리아릴아미드, 바람직하게는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가열 장치(10).
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 전기 전도 성분이 흑연인 것을 특징으로 하는, 가열 장치(10).
- 제5항에 있어서, 플라스틱 재료의 총 질량의 대략 30 내지 45%가 흑연으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가열 장치(10).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열 소자(14)가 2개 이상의 열 전도체(12) 사이에 평탄하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가열 장치(10).
- 제7항에 있어서, 가열 소자(14)가 2개의 열 전도체(12)를 기계식으로 서로 단단히 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가열 장치(10).
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 열 전도체(12)에 접촉 요소(18)가 각각 하나씩 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가열 장치(10).
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 요소가 램 콘택(ram contact)으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가열 장치(10).
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열 소자(14) 및 열 전도체(들)(12)가 플라스틱 층으로 둘러싸이고, 특히 플라스틱으로 오버몰딩되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가열 장치(10).
- 특히 액체를 저장하기 위한 탱크의 바닥 영역에 설치하기 위한 탱크 장착 유닛(24)에 있어서,
제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 가열 장치(10)가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탱크 장착 유닛(24). - 하나 이상의 열 전도체(12) 및 하나 이상의 가열 소자(14)를 갖는, 액체, 특히 액체 저장용 탱크 내의 액체를 가열하기 위한 가열 장치를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
가열 소자를 위해 전기 전도성 플라스틱 재료가 사용되며, 전기 전도성 플라스틱 재료가 열 전도체(12)와 전기 전도 방식 및 열 전도 방식으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가열 장치 제조 방법.
