Abstract
본원발명의 솔라셀 공기청정기는 공기유입구로부터 유입된 오염 공기의 입자가 큰 오염물질을 미세필터에서 걸러준 다음 카본필터에서 입자상 미세먼지를 제거하고, 입자상 미세먼지가 제거된 오염공기는 하우징 흡착제를 통과하면서 가스상 미세먼지를 제거시켜 준다. 상기 가스상 미세먼지가 제거되어 정화된 청정공기는 흡입팬의 작동으로 공기배출구를 통하여 배출된다.
상기 흡입팬은 솔라셀에서 발생된 전원을 이용하여 모터를 구동시킴으로써 모터의 회전축에 연결된 흡입팬을 작동시켜 하우징 내부의 공기를 빨아들여 외부로 배출시킨다. 이때 외부의 오염공기가 공기흡입구로 유입되면서 상기와 같은 입자상 미세먼지 및 가스상 미세먼지를 제거하게 된다.
본 발명의 솔라셀 공기청정기는 건물 내외부에서 오염된 공기를 청정하게 함으로써 오염된 공기로 인한 천식 등의 발생을 낮춰 국민 건강을 크게 증진시켜 준다. 또한 이로 인하여 국가 의료보험금액 지급의 증가율이 저하되어 국가의 의료재정을 튼튼하게 하는 효과도 있다.

- 솔라셀 공기청정기에 있어서,
상기 솔라셀 공기청정기는 공기유입구로부터 유입된 공기를 미세필터에서 오염된 공기의 미세먼지를 걸러준 다음 카본필터로 유입되고,
상기 카본필터에서 입자상 미세먼지가 제거된 공기는 하우징의 흡착제를 통과하면서 가스상 미세먼지를 제거시키며,
상기 가스상 미세먼지가 제거되어 정화된 청정공기는 흡입팬의 작동으로 공기배출구를 통하여 배출되고,
상기 흡입팬은 솔라셀에서 발생된 전원으로 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세먼지 제거를 위한 솔라셀 공기청정기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 솔라셀 공기청정기의 카본필터에서 제거되는 입자상 미세먼지는 10㎛~2.5㎛의 미세먼지를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세먼지 제거를 위한 솔라셀 공기청정기.

상기 솔라셀 공기청정기의 하우징 흡착제에서 제거되는 가스상 미세먼지는 아황산가스(SO2), 질소산화물 (NO2), 일산화탄소(CO), 오존(O3), 납, 벤젠인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세먼지 제거를 위한 솔라셀 공기청정기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 카본필터(13)는 여과입자와 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 중합체를 이용하여 2.5~10㎛의 흡착성능을 가지며,
상기 카본필터의 구성은 활성알루미나 여과입자 98%에 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 2중량%를 혼합하여 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세먼지 제거를 위한 솔라셀 공기청정기.
- 제1항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 흡착제(16)는 활성탄, 광촉매 또는 오존 중 하나를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세먼지 제거를 위한 솔라셀 공기청정기.
