Claims (4)
- (a) 베이스 폴리머로서 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 40~45중량부, 에틸렌옥텐코폴리머 45~55중량부 및 무수말레인산그라프트폴리에틸렌 7~8중량부의 혼합물;
(b) 난연제로서 붕산아연 140~160 중량부 및 표면개질된 알루미늄 포스피네이트 6~7중량부의 혼합물;
(c) 산화방지제로서 티오디에틸렌 비스[3-(3,5-디-테트-부틸-4-하이드록시페닐)프로피오네이트](Thiodiethylene bis[3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)])propionate 0.5~2중량부;
(d) 조사가교조제로서 트리알릴 이소시아누레이트(triallyl isocyanurate) 0.5~1중량부 및 트리메틸올프로페인 트리메타아크릴레이트(trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate) 4~5중량부;
(e) 가공조제로서 지방산 유도체 및 유기 실록산의 축합 생성물 0.5~1중량부; 및
(f) 흡습방지제로서 산화칼슘 0.1~0.6중량부;
로 구성되는 조사가교용 열경화성 절연전선 피복재료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피복재료 조성물은 감마선 조사에 의하여 가교되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조사가교용 열경화성 절연전선 피복재료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피복재료 조성물은 5~20Mrad의 전자선 조사에 의하여 가교되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조사가교용 열경화성 절연전선 피복재료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 조사가교용 열경화성 절연전선 피복재료 조성물을 이용하여 제조되는 절연전선.
