Abstract
본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트에 분쇄한 플라이애시를 10~20중량% 대체한 혼합물 100중량부에, 물 35~45중량부, 잔골재 50~65중량부, 감수제 0.5~1중량부, calcium sulfo-aluminate 4~6중량부, ethylene-vinyl acetate 0.5~2 중량부를 혼합하여 이루어진다.

- 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트에 분쇄한 플라이애시를 10~20중량% 대체한 혼합물 100중량부에,
물 35~45중량부,
잔골재 50~65중량부,
감수제 0.5~1중량부,
calcium sulfo-aluminate 4~6중량부,
ethylene-vinyl acetate 0.5~2 중량부를 혼합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분쇄 플라이애시를 혼화재로 적용한 활성 분체 무수축 그라우트 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
플라이애시는 6500~7500cm2/g 로 분쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분쇄 플라이애시를 혼화재로 적용한 활성 분체 무수축 그라우트 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
감수제는 리그닌설폰산염계, 나프탈린설폰산염계, 멜라민설폰산염계 및 폴리칼복실산염계 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 분쇄 플라이애시를 혼화재로 적용한 활성 분체 무수축 그라우트 조성물.
