Abstract
본 발명은, (A) 시아네이트에스테르 화합물, 및/또는 (B) 불포화 이미드 화합물과, (C) 고리형 카르보디이미드 화합물을 함유하는, 열경화성 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은, 그러한 열경화성 수지 조성물의 경화물을 함유하는 성형품, 및 그러한 열경화성 수지 조성물이 강화 섬유 기재에 함침되어 있는 프리프레그에 관한 것이다.
Description
Claims (14)
- (A) 시아네이트에스테르 화합물, 및/또는 (B) 불포화 이미드 화합물과,
(C) 고리형 카르보디이미드 화합물
을 함유하는, 열경화성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 시아네이트에스테르 화합물을 함유하는, 열경화성 수지 조성물. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 시아네이트에스테르 화합물이, 1 분자 중에 적어도 2 개의 시아네이트기를 갖는, 열경화성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 불포화 이미드 화합물을 함유하는, 열경화성 수지 조성물. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 불포화 이미드 화합물이, 비스말레이미드 화합물인, 열경화성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 (C) 고리형 카르보디이미드 화합물이, 하기 식 (2-1) 로 나타내는 화합물인, 열경화성 수지 조성물 :
(식 중, X 는, 하기 식 (i) 로 나타내는 4 가의 기이고 ;
Ar1 ∼ Ar4 는, 각각 독립적으로, 치환기를 가지고 있어도 되는, 2 가의 단고리형 또는 축합 다고리형의 지환식기, 방향족기, 또는 복소고리기이고, 여기서 치환기는, 탄소수 1 ∼ 20 의 알킬기, 탄소수 6 ∼ 15 의 아릴기, 할로겐 원자, 니트로기, 아미드기, 하이드록실기, 에스테르기, 에테르기, 및 알데히드기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되고, Ar1 ∼ Ar4 가 복소고리형기인 경우, 그 복소고리형기는, O, N, S, 및 P 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 헤테로 원자를 함유한다). - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 시아네이트에스테르 화합물,
상기 (B) 불포화 이미드 화합물, 및
상기 (C) 고리형 카르보디이미드 화합물
을 함유하는, 열경화성 수지 조성물. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 시아네이트에스테르 화합물과 상기 (B) 불포화 이미드 화합물의 합계 100 질량부에 대해, 상기 (C) 고리형 카르보디이미드 화합물이, 1 ∼ 30 질량부의 범위에서 함유되는, 열경화성 수지 조성물. - 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 시아네이트에스테르 화합물과 상기 (B) 불포화 이미드 화합물을, 90 : 10 ∼ 50 : 50 의 질량비로 함유하는, 열경화성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열경화성 수지 조성물의 경화물을 함유하는, 성형품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열경화성 수지 조성물이 강화 섬유 기재에 함침되어 있는, 프리프레그.
- 제 13 항에 기재된 프리프레그를 경화시킨, 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
