Claims (7)
- 헥사플루오로부타디엔과, 옥타플루오로-1-부텐, 옥타플루오로-2-부텐, 헵타플루오로-1-부텐, 및 헵타플루오로-2-부텐으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 추가적 화합물을 포함하는 원료 조성물을 추출 용매 존재 하에서 추출 증류하여 상기 추가적 화합물의 농도를 감소시키는 공정을 포함하는, 헥사플루오로부타디엔의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 추출 용매가, 함산소 탄화수소 및 함할로겐 탄화수소로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물을 포함하는, 제조 방법. - 헥사플루오로부타디엔과, 옥타플루오로-1-부텐, 옥타플루오로-2-부텐, 헵타플루오로-1-부텐, 및 헵타플루오로-2-부텐으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 추가적 화합물을 분리하는 방법으로서,
헥사플루오로부타디엔과, 상기 추가적 화합물을 포함하는 조성물을, 추출 용매 존재 하에서 추출 증류하는 공정을 구비하는, 방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 추출 용매가, 함산소 탄화수소 및 함할로겐 탄화수소로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물을 포함하는, 방법. - 헥사플루오로부타디엔과, 옥타플루오로-1-부텐, 옥타플루오로-2-부텐, 헵타플루오로-1-부텐, 및 헵타플루오로-2-부텐으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 추가적 화합물을 함유하는 조성물로서, 상기 조성물 총량을 100몰%로 하여, 상기 추가적 화합물의 함유량이 0.1몰% 미만인, 조성물.
- 헥사플루오로부타디엔과, 옥타플루오로-1-부텐, 옥타플루오로-2-부텐, 헵타플루오로-1-부텐, 및 헵타플루오로-2-부텐으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 추가적 화합물을 함유하는, 공비 조성물.
- 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서,
에칭 가스, 냉매, 열이동 매체, 발포제 또는 수지 모노머용 조성물인, 조성물.
