Claims (7)
- 초음파 서지클 브레이드(surgical blade)에 있어서,
상기 브레이드는 커브 쉐이프(curve shape)인 형상이고, 상기 브레이드 양면에 커팅면이 설치되는데 한 면은 요면이고 다른 한면은 철면이며;
상기 브레이드 두께는 커팅 방향을 따라 프록시멀 엔드(proximal end)에서 디스털 엔드(distal end)까지 점차 얇아지고;
상기 요면 길이 L1, 철면 길이 L2, 요면 라디안 반경 R1 및 철면 라디안 반경 R2는 하기 공식:
을 만족하고;
상기 α 는 브레이드 중심선의 벤트(bent) 각도이고, D는 브레이드 프록시멀 엔드의 직경이며, T는 브레이드 디스털 엔드의 두께이고;
상기 공식 (1)과 (2)에 따라 L1을 산출하고, 각 수치의 범위는 ±10%인;
초음파 서지클 브레이드. - 초음파 웨이브가이드에 있어서,
제1항에 의한 초음파 서지클 브레이드가 설치되고, 상기 웨이브가이드 프록시메이트 포션에 스탭 2개가 있고, 상기 프록시메이트 엔드의 직경은 D1이고, 제1프록시메이트 직경은 D2이며, 제2 프록시메이트 직경은 D3이고, 상호 관계는:
D3:D2:D1=(0.679~0.721):(0.7519~0.7081):(0.97~1.03)인
초음파 웨이브가이드. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 초음파 웨이브가이드에 약간의 커팅 섹션이 설치되어 있고, 상기 섹션의 직경은 D4이며, 상기 섹션 사이부분의 직경은 제2프록시메이트 직경과 같은 D3이고, 그 비례관계는:
D4:D3=(0.8827~0.9373):(0.97~1.03)인
초음파 웨이브가이드. - 초음파 스캘플(scalpel)에 있어서,
순차적으로 연결되는 핸들, 웨이브가이드 및 브레이드를 포함하여 구성되고;
상기 웨이브가이드는 제2항에 의한 웨이브가이드를 사용하는
초음파 스캘플. - 초음파 서지클 브레이드에 있어서,
상기 브레이드 상,하단에 모두 커팅면이 있고;
상기 브레이드 상,하단에 상대한 브레이드 좌측면 혹은 우측면에 브레이드 디스털 엔드 방향으로 테이퍼드 커팅이 독립적으로 설치되어 있고;
브레이드 프록시멀 엔드에 호형 그루브가 설치되며, 상기 그루브는 브레이드 디스털 엔드의 4분의 1 파장 내에 있으며, 상기 테이퍼드 커팅과 동일 측면에 있는
초음파 서지클 브레이드. - 초음파 웨이브가이드에 있어서,
제5항에 의한 브레이드를 설치하고, 상기 웨이브가이드 프록시메이트 포션에 스텝 2개가 있고, 프록시메이트 엔드의 직경은 D21이고, 제1프록시메이트 직경은 D22이며, 제2프록시메이트 직경은 D23이고, 그 비례관계는:
D23:D22:D21=(0.6014~0.6386):(0.7004~0.6596):(0.97~1.03)인
초음파 웨이브가이드. - 초음파 스캘플에 있어서,
순차적으로 연결된 핸들, 웨이브가이드 및 브레이드를 포함하고;
상기 웨이브가이드는 제6항에 의한 웨이브가이드를 사용하는
초음파 스캘플.
