Claims (9)
- 제1 샤프트로부터 제2 샤프트로 토크를 전달하기 위한 구동 장비를 위한 토크 전달 장치로서,
토크 전달 및 샤프트 오프셋 보상을 위해 역할을 하는 제1 커플링 장치(13)를 구비하고,
토크 전달 및 토크 제한을 위해 역할을 하는 제2 커플링 장치(14)를 구비하며,
상기 제1 커플링 장치(13) 및 상기 제2 커플링 장치(14)는, 직렬로 연결되는 것인, 토크 전달 장치에 있어서,
상기 제2 커플링 장치(14)는, 중공 구성요소로 형성되는 내측 부품(23) 및 중공 구성요소로 형성되는 외측 부품(24)을 포함하고,
상기 내측 부품(23)은 반경 방향 외측으로 제1 마찰 표면(25)을 구비하며 그리고 상기 외측 부품(24)은 반경 방향 내측으로, 반경 방향 외측의 상기 제1 마찰 표면(25)에 이웃하며 그리고 그와 함께 상호 작용하는, 제2 마찰 표면(26)을 구비하며,
상기 내측 부품(23)은, 압력 매체로 충전될 수 있으며 그리고 그를 통해, 상기 마찰 표면들에 의해 전달 가능한 최대 토크가, 토크 제한을 제공하기 위해, 조절 가능한 것인, 압력 챔버(28)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 전달 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내측 부품(23)은, 일 측면 상에, 상기 외측 부품의 일 측면에 대한 정지부를 형성하는, 반경 방향 외측으로 지향되는 돌출부(29)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 전달 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 외측 부품(24)은, 반대편 측면 상에, 상기 제1 커플링 장치(13)에 연결하기 위해 역할을 하는, 플랜지(22)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 전달 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 내측 부품(23)은, 상기 압력 챔버(28)를 위한 압력 연결부(27)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 전달 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 압력 연결부(27)는, 반경 방향 외측으로 지향되는 상기 내측 부품(23)의 상기 돌출부(29) 내로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 전달 장치. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 압력 연결부(27)에 의해, 상기 압력 챔버(28) 내에 존재하는 압력은, 작동 도중에 조절 가능하며 그리고 변화 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 전달 장치. - 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 압력 연결부(27)에 의해, 상기 압력 챔버(28) 내에 존재하는 압력은, 제로로 감소될 수 있으며, 그리고 상기 제2 커플링 장치(14)는 그로 인해 연결 해제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 전달 장치. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 커플링 장치(13)는, 이동 불가능한 디스크 커플링인 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 전달 장치. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 토크 전달 장치는, 풍력 발전 설비의 구동 장비의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 전달 장치.
