도 4는 본 발명의 제2 실시 예에 따른 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치의 파킹상태의 개략적인 사시도이다.
도 5와 도 6은 본 발명의 제2 실시 예에 따른 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치의 제1, 제2 변속단에서의 개략적인 사시도이다.

Claims (12)
- 액추에이터의 회전력을 전달받아 포크 레일 상의 시프트 포크를 통해 기어 변속을 제어하는 시프팅 유닛과, 액추에이터의 회전력을 전달받아 파킹 스프래그를 통해 파킹기어를 정지 및 해제 제어하는 파킹 유닛을 포함하는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치에 있어서,
상기 액추에이터는 상기 시프팅 유닛과 파킹 유닛의 각 피동기어에 외접 기어 연결되는 구동기어를 통해 회전력을 전달하는 하나의 제어모터로 이루어지고,
상기 시프팅 유닛은
상기 포크 레일 상에 이동 가능하게 설치되어 변속용 싱크로나이저를 제어하는 시프트 포크;
상기 구동기어와 외접 치합되는 제1 피동기어와 제1 연결축을 통하여 연결되며, 외주면을 따라서 프로파일 홈이 형성되는 프로파일 드럼; 및
상기 시프트 포크의 일측에 일체로 연결되며, 선단이 상기 프로파일 홈에 접촉된 상태로 이동 가능하게 설치되는 시프트 러그;
를 포함하는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 파킹 유닛은
파킹기어;
선단에 형성된 치합단이 상기 파킹기어에 대응하도록 배치되고, 후단부가 스프래그 축에 끼워진 상태로, 리턴 스프링에 의해 파킹 해제 방향으로 작동하도록 설치되는 파킹 스프래그;
상기 구동기어와 외접 치합되는 제2 피동기어와 제2 연결축을 통하여 연결되며, 외주면에는 캠면이 형성되는 파킹 캠;
변속기 하우징에 고정된 레버 축에 중앙을 통하여 회전 가능하게 끼워진 상태로, 리턴 스프링에 의해 상단이 상기 캠면에 접촉된 상태를 유지하도록 설치되는 파킹 레버; 및
선단부에 캠부가 형성되어 상기 파킹 스프래그의 선단부에 대응하여 배치되고, 후단은 상기 파킹 레버의 하단부에 연결되는 파킹 로드;
를 포함하는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 구동기어는
상기 제1, 제2 피동기어에 각각 상기 제어모터의 회전력을 감속하여 전달하도록 기어비가 설정되는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 기어비는
상기 구동기어와 제1 피동기어의 감속비에 비하여 상기 구동기어와 제2 피동기어의 감속비가 더 작게 설정되는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 파킹 레버는
상기 레버 축을 중심으로 회전 작동하여 상기 파킹 로드를 수평 작동시키도록 구성되는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 파킹 로드는
선단부의 캠부가 상기 스프래그 축을 중심으로 힌지 작동하는 파킹 스프래그의 선단부를 눌러 파킹기어에 치합단이 치합되도록 구성되는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 파킹 유닛은
파킹기어;
선단에 형성된 치합단이 상기 파킹기어에 대응하도록 배치되고, 후단부가 스프래그 축에 끼워진 상태로, 리턴 스프링에 의해 파킹 해제 방향으로 작동하도록 설치되는 파킹 스프래그;
상기 구동기어와 외접 치합되는 제2 피동기어와 제2 연결축을 통하여 연결되며, 외주면 일측에 핑거단이 형성되는 핑거 드럼;
변속기 하우징에 회전 지지된 레버 축에 중앙이 연결되고, 상기 핑거 드럼의 회전방향에 따라 상기 핑거단을 지지하거나 해제하도록 상단부 양측에 길이가 다른 러그단이 형성되는 파킹 러그; 및
선단부에 캠부가 형성되어 상기 파킹 스프래그의 선단부에 대응하여 배치되고, 후단은 상기 파킹 러그의 하단부에 연결되는 파킹 로드;
를 포함하는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 구동기어는
상기 제1, 제2 피동기어에 각각 상기 제어모터의 회전력을 감속하여 전달하도록 기어비가 설정되는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 기어비는
상기 구동기어와 제1 피동기어의 감속비에 비하여 상기 구동기어와 제2 피동기어의 감속비가 더 작게 설정되는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 파킹 러그는
파킹 및 파킹 해제 시, 절도감을 제공하도록 상기 레버 축의 일단부에 디텐트 유닛이 구성되는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 디텐트 유닛은
상기 레버 축의 일단부에 설치되며, 선단을 따라 그루브가 형성된 디텐트 플레이트; 및
변속기 하우징에 고정되며, 쿠션을 갖는 볼이 상기 그루브에 접촉 지지되는 디텐트 핀으로 이루어지는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 파킹 로드는
선단부의 캠부가 상기 스프래그 축을 중심으로 힌지 작동하는 파킹 스프래그의 선단부를 눌러 파킹기어에 치합단이 치합되도록 구성되는 전기 자동차의 다단 변속기용 기어 시프팅 장치.
