Claims (4)
- 내부에 베어링장착부가 형성되고, 베어링장착부와 연통되며 오일을 공급하는 오일공급통로가 형성된 센터하우징; 및
베어링장착부에 마련되고, 센터하우징에서 회전 가능하게 설치되는 샤프트가 관통되도록 중공을 이루며, 오일공급통로와 연통되는 관통홀이 형성되고, 내주면에서 말단부의 단부면으로 개통되는 오일공급홀이 형성된 저널베어링;을 포함하는 오일공급구조 베어링이 구비된 터보차저. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
저널베어링의 양 말단부에는 중공 내부로 돌출되어 샤프트를 지지하는 지지부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 오일공급구조 베어링이 구비된 터보차저. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
저널베어링은 양 말단부에 지지부가 형성됨에 따라 중앙부에는 샤프트와 이격되어 오일유통로가 형성되고,
오일공급홀은 지지부와 오일유통로의 연결지점에서 말단부의 단부면으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 오일공급구조 베어링이 구비된 터보차저. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
저널베어링은 말단부의 단부면에 쓰러스트베어링부가 돌출되고, 쓰러스트베어링부는 복수개로 이격 배치되며, 오일공급홀도 복수개로 구성되어 각 쓰러스트베어링부에 개통되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 오일공급구조 베어링이 구비된 터보차저.
