Claims (3)
- 미분, 팽화미, 유산(lactic acid)을 포함한 액체 배양액에 프로필렌 글리콜을 혼합하여 제조한 것을 특징으로 한 효모 침강제
- 제1항에 있어서,
프로필렌 글리콜 그 농도가 액체 배양액 전체 중량대비 0.8% 내지 1.2% 중량%인 것을 특징으로 한 효모 침강제
- 물 100L에 미분 50kg, 팽화미 5kg, 유산(lactic acid) 0.1kg을 혼합하여 5~30분간 교반 후 2~10분간 정치시켜 액체 배양액을 제조하는 단계와;
상기 제조된 액체 배양액에 프로필렌 글리콜을 전체 중량대비 0.8% 내지 1.2% 중량% 만큼 혼합하는 단계로; 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한 효모 침강제의 제조방법
