Claims (10)
- 각각 별도의 제어가 가능한 복수의 솔레노이드가 구비된 솔레노이드유닛과;
공급스로틀과 리턴스로틀이 연결된 제어실을 구비한 밸브바디와;
상기 솔레노이드유닛의 각 솔레노이드에 의해 구동되어 상기 리턴스로틀을 통해 배출되는 연료의 양을 조절할 수 있도록, 상기 솔레노이드유닛과 밸브바디 사이에 구비된 복수의 아마추어;
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 연료 인젝터. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 솔레노이드유닛은 동심원을 형성하는 내측의 이너솔레노이드와 외측의 아웃터솔레노이드로 구성되고;
상기 아마추어는 상기 이너솔레노이드에 의해 구동되는 이너아마추어와, 상기 아웃터솔레노이드에 의해 구동되는 아웃터아마추어로 구성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 연료 인젝터. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 이너아마추어와 아웃터아마추어는 상기 아웃터아마추어가 상기 아웃터솔레노이드에 의해 구동될 때, 상기 이너아마추어를 연동시켜, 상기 리턴스로틀을 통한 연료의 리턴을 도모하도록 구성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 연료 인젝터. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 이너아마추어는 아마추어볼트를 감싸는 실린더부 상측에 반경방향 외측으로 연장되는 플랜지부를 구비하고;
상기 아웃터아마추어는 상기 이너아마추어의 실린더부를 감싸는 슬리브부 상측에 상기 플랜지부를 감싸서 상기 솔레노이드유닛을 향하여 이동시킬 수 있도록 형성된 컵부를 구비한 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 연료 인젝터. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 이너아마추어와 아웃터아마추어를 향한 상기 이너솔레노이드와 아웃터솔레노이드의 단부들이 동일 평면을 이루는 경우, 상기 아웃터아마추어의 컵부 내측 높이는 상기 이너아마추어의 플랜지부 두께보다 큰 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 연료 인젝터. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 밸브바디의 상측에는 상기 아웃터아마추어의 슬리브부를 감싸는 시트부가 형성되고;
상기 시트부에는 상기 리턴스로틀을 통해 배출되는 연료를 리턴시키기 위한 배출홀이 다수 구비된 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 연료 인젝터. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 아웃터아마추어의 컵부 하측면이 상기 밸브바디의 시트부 상단에 지지된 상태에서, 상기 아웃터아마추어의 슬리브부가 상기 컵부로부터 하측으로 연장된 길이는 상기 배출홀을 개방한 상태를 확보할 수 있는 범위로 제한된 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 연료 인젝터. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 아웃터아마추어의 컵부 하측면이 상기 밸브바디의 시트부 상단에 지지된 상태에서, 상기 아웃터아마추어의 슬리브부는 상기 배출홀을 개방한 상태를 확보하되, 상기 리턴스로틀로부터 배출홀로 유동하는 연료의 흐름을 일부 방해할 수 있도록, 상기 배출홀 쪽으로 돌출된 형상으로 형성되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 연료 인젝터. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 이너아마추어의 플랜지부 하측이 상기 아웃터아마추어의 컵부 상측에 지지된 상태에서 상기 이너아마추어의 실린더부는 상기 리턴스로틀과 배출홀을 차단할 수 있는 길이로 형성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 연료 인젝터. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 솔레노이드유닛과 상기 이너아마추어 사이에는 상기 이너아마추어를 상기 밸브바디를 향해 탄성지지하는 밸브스프링이 설치된 것
