Claims (17)
- 메틸메타크릴레이트를 주성분으로 하는 (공)중합체로 이루어지는 코어를 갖는 의료기기용 플라스틱 광섬유로서,
클래드가 불소 조성 중량률이 60∼74%인 공중합체로 이루어지고, 이론 개구수(NA)가 NA=0.48∼0.65인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료기기 조명용 플라스틱 광섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 클래드의 굽힘 탄성률이 20∼200Mpa인 의료기기 조명용 플라스틱 광섬유. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 클래드가,
헥사플루오로프로필렌 10∼30중량%
테트라플루오로에틸렌 45∼75중량%
불화비닐리덴 10∼35중량%
퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르류 1∼10중량%
를 공중합 성분으로 하고, 불소 조성 중량률이 70∼74%인 공중합체로 이루어지며, 상기 이론 개구수가 NA=0.60∼0.65인 의료기기 조명용 플라스틱 광섬유. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 클래드가,
헥사플루오로프로필렌 14∼25중량%,
테트라플루오로에틸렌 49∼70중량%,
불화비닐리덴 14∼30중량%, 및
퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르류 2∼7중량%
를 공중합 성분으로 하는 공중합체로 이루어지는 의료기기 조명용 플라스틱 광섬유. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 클래드의 두께가 2∼20㎛인 의료기기 조명용 플라스틱 광섬유. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 클래드의 외측에 1층 이상의 클래드를 더 갖고, 최표층의 클래드가,
에틸렌 10∼35중량%,
테트라플루오로에틸렌 45∼69중량%,
헥사플루오로프로필렌 20∼45중량%, 및, 식 (1)
CH2=CX1(CF2)nX2 (1)
(식 중, X1은 불소 원자 또는 수소 원자를 나타내고, X2은 불소 원자, 수소 원자 또는 탄소 원자를 나타내고, n은 1∼10의 정수이다.)
로 나타내어지는 플루오로비닐 화합물 0.01∼10중량%를 함유하는 공중합체로 이루어지는 의료기기 조명용 플라스틱 광섬유. - 광원과, 광원으로부터 선단부에 광을 전송해서 피조사물에 광조사시키는 라이트 가이드를 구비한 의료기기 조명으로서, 상기 라이트 가이드가 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 플라스틱 광섬유에 의해 구성되는 의료기기 조명.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱 광섬유가 10개 이하인 의료기기 조명. - 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱 광섬유가 1개인 의료기기 조명. - 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱 광섬유의 외경이 0.1㎜ 이상 2.0㎜ 이하인 의료기기 조명. - 제 7 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 의료기기의 관찰용 프로브의 외경이 7㎜ 이하인 의료기기 조명. - 제 7 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 선단부에 설치된 조명용 렌즈를 더 구비하고, 상기 조명용 렌즈측의 라이트 가이드 끝면의 장축 지름(FLL)과 단축 지름(FLS)이, 0.9≤FLS/FLL≤1의 관계인 의료기기 조명. - 제 7 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 선단부에 설치된 조명용 렌즈를 더 구비하고, 상기 조명용 렌즈에 있어서의 상기 라이트 가이드측의 면이 오목면이며, 상기 렌즈의 단축의 곡률 반경(RS)과 상기 라이트 가이드의 렌즈측 끝면의 단축 지름(FLS)이, RS/FLS>0.7의 관계인 의료기기 조명. - 제 7 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 선단부에 설치된 조명용 렌즈를 더 구비하고, 상기 조명용 렌즈에 있어서의 상기 플라스틱 광섬유측의 면이 평면인 의료기기 조명. - 제 7 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 선단부에 조명용 렌즈를 구비하지 않는 의료기기 조명. - 제 7 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 의료기기가 내시경인 의료기기 조명. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 내시경이 그 관찰 프로브를 담관 또는 췌관에 삽입할 수 있는 내시경인 의료기기 조명.
