- 폴리올레핀계 수지 및 열가소성 엘라스토머를 함유하고, 시차 주사 열량계(DSC)에 의한 흡열 피크가 적어도 110℃ 이상 143℃ 이하, 및 153℃ 이상에 존재하고, 발포체를 구성하는 수지 100질량% 중에 열가소성 엘라스토머계 수지를 30질량% 이상 60질량% 이하 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포체.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포체로 이루어지는 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포체 시트로서,
그 표리 양면의 표면 거칠기 Sa(산술 평균 높이)가 5㎛ 이상 80㎛ 이하, 하기 식으로 구해지는 표리 양면의 표면 거칠기 Sa의 차가 20㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포체 시트.
표리 양면의 표면 거칠기 Sa의 차=B면 표면 거칠기 Sa-A면 표면 거칠기 Sa - 제 2 항에 있어서,
표리 양면의 MD 방향의 평균 기포 지름이 100㎛ 이상이며, 하기 식으로 구해지는 B면측 MD 방향의 평균 기포 지름과, A면측 MD 방향의 평균 기포 지름의 비가 1.2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포체 시트.

외관 밀도가 50㎏/㎥ 이상 165㎏/㎥ 이하, 두께가 0.6㎜ 이상 1.4㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 수지 발포체 또는 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포체 시트. - 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포체 시트를 제조하는 방법으로서,
폴리올레핀계 수지와 열가소성 엘라스토머를 적어도 함유하는 수지 조성물을 발포하고, 발포체 시트를 제작하는 공정과, 상기 발포체 시트를 MD-TD면에 평행하게 슬라이스한 발포체 시트를 제작하는 공정(슬라이스 공정)을 갖는 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포체 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 슬라이스 공정을 거친 발포체 시트를 가열(가열 공정)해서 MD 방향으로 105% 이상 120% 이하로 연신하는 공정(연신 공정)을 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포체 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 슬라이스 공정을 거친 발포체 시트 또는 상기 가열·연신 공정을 거친 발포체 시트를 압축하는 공정(압축 공정)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포체 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리올레핀계 발포체 시트의 편면 또는 양면에 접착재층을 갖는 점착 테이프.
