Claims (13)
- 두께(T)가 200μm 이하인 발포 수지층을 포함하는 충격 흡수 시트로서,
상기 발포 수지층의 한쪽의 면으로부터, 두께 0.1T에 있어서의 면방향 단면의 공극률(P0.1), 두께 0.5T에 있어서의 면방향 단면의 공극률(P0.5), 및 두께 0.9T에 있어서의 면방향 단면의 공극률(P0.9)이 각각, 10~70면적%이며,
상기 공극률(P0.1), 공극률(P0.5), 및 공극률(P0.9)로부터 구한 평균 공극률에 대한 표준 편차(Pσ)가 1.0~20인, 충격 흡수 시트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 발포 수지층이 아크릴계 수지로 이루어지는 아크릴계 발포 수지층인, 충격 흡수 시트. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 아크릴계 발포 수지층을 구성하는 아크릴계 수지의 유리 전이 온도가, -25~15℃인, 충격 흡수 시트. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
10℃에서의 곡면 압축 시험에 있어서, 40N 하중 시의 압축률과 10N 하중 시의 압축률의 차가 15% 이상인, 충격 흡수 시트. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
23℃에 있어서의 충격 흡수율이 35% 이상인, 충격 흡수 시트. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
전자기기에 사용되는, 충격 흡수 시트. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
표시 장치의 배면측에 배치되는, 충격 흡수 시트. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 공극률(P0.1), 공극률(P0.5), 및 공극률(P0.9)이 각각 10~60면적%인, 충격 흡수 시트. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 발포 수지층이 중공 입자를 함유하는, 충격 흡수 시트. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 발포 수지층이, 내부에 혼입된 기체로 이루어지는 기포를 갖는, 충격 흡수 시트. - 청구항 9에 기재된 충격 흡수 시트의 제조 방법으로서,
수지를 형성하기 위한 단량체 성분과, 중공 입자를 함유하는 단량체 조성물을 막 형상으로 하여, 단량체 성분을 중합하는, 충격 흡수 시트의 제조 방법. - 청구항 10에 기재된 충격 흡수 시트의 제조 방법으로서,
수지 에멀션을 포함하는 에멀션 조성물에 기체를 혼입시키고 또한 막 형상으로 하여, 기체가 혼입된 에멀션 조성물을 가열하는, 충격 흡수 시트의 제조 방법. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
에멀션 조성물에 메커니컬 프로싱(mechanical frothing)법에 의해 기체를 혼입시키는, 충격 흡수 시트의 제조 방법.
