Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법으로서,
상기 강판은 산세 용액 (10) 을 함유한 산세 욕 (1) 에 연속적으로 침지되고,
상기 산세 욕은 재순환 탱크 (3) 및 순환 수단 (12, 13) 을 포함하는 처리 유닛에 연결되며,
상기 산세 용액의 연속 유입 유동 (11) 은 상기 재순환 탱크 (3) 로부터 한외 여과 디바이스 (2) 로 공급된 후, 상기 재순환 탱크 (3) 내부로 다시 공급되는 하나의 여과된 배출 유동 (21) 및 하나의 미여과된 유동 (22) 인 2 개의 유동이 상기 한외 여과 디바이스를 나오며,
상기 처리 유닛은 저장 탱크를 포함하지 않는, 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 산세 용액 (10) 은 상이한 산 중 하나 또는 조합으로 제조되는, 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 산세 용액 (10) 은 상기 한외 여과 디바이스 (2) 에 공급되기 전에 열적으로 처리되지 않는, 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 한외 여과 디바이스 (2) 에 공급되는 상기 산세 용액 (11) 의 중합도를 증가시키기 위해 첨가제 또는 디바이스가 사용되지 않는, 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 한외 여과 디바이스 (2) 는 직교류 한외 여과 디바이스인, 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 한외 여과 디바이스 (2) 는 하나 또는 여러 개의 멤브레인을 가지는, 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 한외 여과 디바이스 (2) 의 상기 멤브레인은 세라믹으로 제조되는, 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 한외 여과 디바이스 (2) 의 상기 멤브레인은 1 내지 10 nm 의 공극 크기를 가지는, 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산세 용액의 상기 연속 유입 유동 (11) 은 5 내지 50 m3.h- 1 의 유량으로 상기 한외 여과 디바이스 (2) 에 공급되어, 상기 재순환 탱크에 존재하는 산 부피를 시간당 1 내지 10 회 갱신 (renew) 하는, 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
정제된 배출 유동 (21) 은 한외 여과 디바이스에 공급되는 상기 산세 용액의 상기 연속 유입 유동 (11) 의 50 내지 95 % 인, 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 연속 유입 유동 (11) 은 적어도 60 mg.L- 1 의 규소 함량을 가지는, 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 한외 여과 디바이스 (2) 는 여러 개의 직교류 한외 여과 디바이스들로 구성되는, 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항에 있어서,
한외 여과 시스템 (2) 은 멤브레인을 세정하도록 역세척되는, 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항에 있어서,
한외 여과 시스템 (2) 을 빠져 나가는, 규소가 농축된 상기 미여과된 유동이 처리되는, 강판 (8) 을 산세하는 방법. - 장비로서,
산세 욕 (1),
상기 산세 욕에 강판을 연속적으로 침지시키는 시스템 및
처리 유닛을 포함하고,
상기 처리 유닛은, 재순환 탱크 (3), 적어도 한외 여과 디바이스 (2), 상기 재순환 탱크, 수돗물 유입구 (24) 및 역세척 용액 유출구 (23) 를 연결하는 파이프들 및 펌프들을 포함하며,
상기 처리 유닛은 미여과된 유동 (22) 을 위한 최종 처리 (4) 및 저장 탱크를 포함하지 않는, 장비.
