Abstract
불소 원자를 갖는 공중합체를 포함하는 제 1 조성물의 층과, 비불소 탄성 중합체를 포함하는 제 2 조성물의 층을 갖는 미가교 적층체를 제조하고, 이어서, 제 1 조성물 및 제 2 조성물을 가교시켜, 제 1 조성물의 가교물로 이루어지는 제 1 층과 제 2 조성물의 가교물로 이루어지는 제 2 층을 갖는 적층체를 제조하는 방법이며, 제 1 조성물과 제 2 조성물이 공통의 가교 보조제를 포함하는 경우, 제 1 조성물과 제 2 조성물의 가교 속도차의 절대값이, 0.30 이하인, 적층체의 제조 방법.

Claims (14)
- 테트라플루오로에틸렌에 근거하는 단위와 프로필렌에 근거하는 단위를 갖는 공중합체 또는 테트라플루오로에틸렌에 근거하는 단위와 퍼플루오로(알킬비닐에테르) 에 근거하는 단위를 갖는 공중합체로 이루어지는 함불소 탄성 중합체와 가교제와 가교 보조제를 포함하는 제 1 조성물의 층과, 비불소 탄성 중합체와 가교제와, 임의로 가교 보조제를 포함하는 제 2 조성물의 층을 갖는 미가교 적층체를 제조하고, 이어서,
상기 제 1 조성물 및 상기 제 2 조성물을 가교시켜, 상기 제 1 조성물의 가교물로 이루어지는 제 1 층과 상기 제 2 조성물의 가교물로 이루어지는 제 2 층을 갖는 적층체를 제조하는 방법이며,
하기 식 1 로 계산되는 상기 제 1 조성물과 상기 제 2 조성물의 가교 속도차의 절대값이 0.30 이하인, 적층체의 제조 방법.
가교 속도차 = [1/(t90A - t2A) - 1/(t90B - t2B)] × (t90A - t90B) ···식 1
단, t2A 는, 점탄성 측정기 (RPA) 로 가교 시험을 실시했을 때에, 제 1 조성물의 토크가 토크의 최소값으로부터 상승하기 시작하는 데에 필요한 시간이며, t90A 는 제 1 조성물의 토크가 토크의 최대값의 90 % 에 도달하는 데에 필요한 시간이며, t2B 는 제 2 조성물의 토크가 토크의 최소값으로부터 상승하기 시작하는 데에 필요한 시간이며, t90B 는 제 2 조성물의 토크가 토크의 최대값의 90 % 에 도달하는 데에 필요한 시간이다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 조성물과 상기 제 2 조성물이 공통의 가교 보조제를 포함하는, 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 가교 속도차의 절대값이 0.05 이하인, 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 조성물과 상기 제 2 조성물이 공통의 가교 보조제를 포함하지 않고,
상기 가교 속도차의 절대값이 0.02 이하인, 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 가교 속도차의 절대값이 0.01 이하인, 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 t2A 와 상기 t2B 의 차의 절대값이 0 ∼ 1.0 [min] 인, 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 조성물에 포함되는 함불소 탄성 중합체의 하기 식 2 로 계산되는 SP 값과, 상기 제 2 조성물에 포함되는 비불소 탄성 공중합체의 SP 값의 차의 절대값이 0 ∼ 3.0 [cal/㎤]1/2 인, 적층체의 제조 방법.

단, V 는 용매의 몰 분자 용적, △E 는 응집 에너지 (증발 잠열 에너지) 이다. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 조성물의 하기 식 3 으로 계산되는 가교도가 5 ∼ 150 이며,
상기 제 2 조성물의 가교도가 5 ∼ 300 인, 적층체의 제조 방법.
가교도 = MH - ML ···식 3
단, MH 는, 가교 특성 측정기 (RPA) 로 가교 시험을 실시했을 때의, 토크의 최대값이며, ML 은 토크의 최소값이다. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 조성물에 포함되는 함불소 탄성 중합체의 무니 점도가 10 ∼ 300 이며,
상기 제 2 조성물에 포함되는 비불소 탄성 중합체의 무니 점도가 5 ∼ 120 인, 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 조성물 및 상기 제 2 조성물의 적어도 일방이, 산화 방지제를 포함하는, 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 조성물 및 상기 제 2 조성물에 있어서의 가교제가, 모두 유기 과산화물인, 적층체의 제조 방법. - 테트라플루오로에틸렌에 근거하는 단위와 프로필렌에 근거하는 단위를 갖는 공중합체 또는 테트라플루오로에틸렌에 근거하는 단위와 퍼플루오로(알킬비닐에테르) 에 근거하는 단위를 갖는 공중합체로 이루어지는 함불소 탄성 중합체와 가교제와 가교 보조제를 포함하는 제 1 조성물의 가교물로 이루어지는 제 1 층과, 비불소 탄성 중합체와 가교제를 포함하고, 임의로 가교 보조제를 포함하는 제 2 조성물의 가교물로 이루어지는 제 2 층을 갖고,
JIS K6854-3 : 1999 에 규정된 T 형 박리 시험을 100 ∼ 200 ℃ 의 온도하에서 실시했을 때에, 상기 제 1 층 또는 상기 제 2 층에서 재료 파단이 발생하는, 적층체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적층체의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 적층체 또는 제 12 항에 기재된 적층체를 사용하여 제조된, 적층 고무 호스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적층체의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 적층체 또는 제 12 항에 기재된 적층체를 사용하여 제조된, 적층 고무 롤.
