Claims (11)
- (i) 입자지름(D50)이 50 ~ 300nm인 은 미립자를 60 ~ 95 질량%,
(ii) 용제를 4.5 ~ 39 질량%, 및
(iii) 유리 전이온도(Tg)가 70 ~ 300℃의 수지를 0.1 ~ 3 질량% 포함하는, 은 미립자 분산액(단, 질량 분율은 상기 은 미립자 분산액의 질량에 기초함). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 은 미립자의 일차 입자지름이 1 ~ 180nm인, 은 미립자 분산액. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 은 미립자는 유기 보호재로 피복되어 있는, 은 미립자 분산액. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 유기 보호재는 탄소수 8 ~ 12의 아민인, 은 미립자 분산액. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용제의 비점이 150 ~ 350℃인, 은 미립자 분산액. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용제는, 디에틸렌글리콜 모노부틸에테르, 디에틸렌글리콜 디부틸에테르, 디에틸렌글리콜 모노부틸에테르 아세테이트, 테르피네올 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는, 은 미립자 분산액. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수지의 분자량은 10,000 ~ 300,000인, 은 미립자 분산액. - 제1항에 있어서,
