도 2는 실시예 9에서 얻어진 은 분말을 5000배로 관찰한 FE-SEM 사진을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 실시예 10에서 얻어진 은 분말을 5000배로 관찰한 FE-SEM 사진을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 실시예 11에서 얻어진 은 분말을 5000배로 관찰한 FE-SEM 사진을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 5는 실시예 12에서 얻어진 은 분말을 5000배로 관찰한 FE-SEM 사진을 나타내는 도면이다.
Claims (12)
- 40ppm 이상의 구리를 포함하며 또한 탄소 함유량이 0.1질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 은 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 은 분말 중의 구리의 함유량이 40 내지 10000ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 은 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 레이저 회절식 입도 분포 측정 장치에 의해 측정한 체적 기준의 누적 50% 입자 직경이 1 내지 15㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 은 분말.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 은 분말의 누적 50% 입자 직경(D50 직경)에 대한, 전계 방출형 주사 전자 현미경에 의해 관측한 단체 입자의 평균 입자 직경(SEM 직경)의 비(SEM 직경/D50 직경)가 0.3 내지 1.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 은 분말.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 은 분말의 누적 50% 입자 직경(D50 직경)에 대한 탭 밀도의 비(탭 밀도/D50 직경)가 0.45 내지 3.0g/(cm3·㎛)인 것을 특징으로 하는 은 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 은 분말 중의 산소 함유량이 0.1질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 은 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 은 분말의 BET 비표면적이 0.1 내지 1.0m2/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 은 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 은 분말의 탭 밀도가 2 내지 6g/cm3인 것을 특징으로 하는 은 분말.
- 40ppm 이상의 구리를 포함하는 은을 용해한 용탕을 낙하시키면서, 고압수를 분사하여 급랭 응고시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 은 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 용탕중의 구리의 함유량이 40 내지 10000ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 은 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 은 분말이 유기 성분 중에 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트.
- 제11항의 도전성 페이스트를 기판 상에 도포한 후에 소성하여 도전막을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전막의 제조 방법.
