도 2는 사각 띠 형상의 리튬 포일의 중앙 개구부 내에 음극이 배치된 것을 나타내는 개략도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 리튬 이차전지 제조방법에 있어서, 중앙에 개구부가 형성되어 있는 폐쇄된 사각 띠 형상의 리튬 포일; 음극; 및 고체 전해질 또는 분리막;이 적층되어 있는 구조를 나타난 개략 평면도이다.

Claims (12)
- 집전체의 양면에 제1 고체 전해질을 포함하는 음극활물질층을 형성하여 음극을 제조하는 단계;
중앙에 개구부가 형성되어 있고, 폐쇄된 띠 형상을 가지며, 구리 포일의 단면 또는 양면에 리튬이 코팅되어 있는 리튬 포일을 준비하는 단계;
상기 리튬 포일의 개구부 내부에 상기 음극을 배치하되, 상기 음극은 음극 탭을 제외하고는 상기 리튬 포일과 겹치지 않도록 하고, 상기 음극 탭은 리튬 포일과 접하도록 배치하며, 음극 탭과 리튬 포일이 접하는 부분에는 리튬이 코팅되어 있지 않도록 하는 단계;
상기 형성된 구조물의 적어도 일면에 제2 고체 전해질을 도포하는 단계;
상기 제2 고체 전해질 상에 제3 고체 전해질을 포함하는 양극을 배치하는 단계;
상기 제조된 적층체를 케이싱하는 단계를 포함하는, 전고체 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 음극활물질은 탄소계 물질; Si, Sn, Al, Sb 및 Zn으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상 또는 이들의 산화물; 및 Cox1Oy1 (1≤x1≤3, 1≤y1≤4), Nix2Oy2 (1≤x2≤3, 1≤y2≤4), Fex3Oy3 (1≤x3≤3, 1≤y3≤4), TiO2, MoO2, V2O5 및 Li4Ti5O12로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 금속산화물;로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인, 전고체 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 개구부는 상기 음극 탭을 제외한 음극의 크기 및 형상과 동일한, 전고체 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1, 제2 및 제 3 고체 전해질은 서로 동일하거나 상이한, 전고체 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제1, 제2 및 제3 고체 전해질은 각각 독립적으로 무기 고체 전해질 및 유기 고체 전해질 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인, 전고체 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 리튬 포일은 크기가 상기 제2 고체 전해질 도포 부위보다 크지 않고 두께가 음극 두께보다 두껍지 않은, 전고체 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 케이싱하는 단계 이후에 에이징하는 단계를 수행하는, 전고체 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 에이징은 10℃~200℃의 온도 및 1 bar~5,000 bar의 압력 하에서 2시간~48시간 동안 수행되는, 전고체 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 집전체의 양면에 음극활물질층을 형성하여 음극을 제조하는 단계;
중앙에 개구부가 형성되어 있고, 폐쇄된 띠 형상을 가지며, 구리 포일의 단면 또는 양면에 리튬이 코팅되어 있는 리튬 포일을 준비하는 단계;
상기 리튬 포일의 개구부 내부에 상기 음극을 배치하되, 상기 음극은 음극 탭을 제외하고는 상기 리튬 포일과 겹치지 않도록 하고, 상기 음극 탭은 리튬 포일과 접하도록 배치하며, 음극 탭과 리튬 포일이 접하는 부분에는 리튬이 코팅되어 있지 않도록 하는 단계;
상기 형성된 구조물의 적어도 일면에 분리막을 배치하는 단계;
상기 분리막 상에 양극을 배치하는 단계;
상기 제조된 적층체를 전지 용기에 수용하고, 전지용기에 액체 전해질을 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 분리막은 폴리올레핀계 다공성 고분자 필름 또는 다공성 부직포인, 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 리튬 포일은 크기가 상기 분리막보다 크지 않고 두께가 음극 두께보다 두껍지 않은, 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 제조된 적층체를 전지 용기에 수용하고, 전지용기에 액체 전해질을 주입하는 단계 이후에, 10℃~200℃ 온도에서 2시간~48시간 동안 전해액 함침 단계를 수행하는, 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
