상기 무기 조성물 전체 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 갈륨 화합물의 중량부와 상기 납 화합물의 중량부의 합이 55 이상인 태양 전지 전극용 페이스트 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 무기 조성물에서, 상기 납 화합물의 중량부가 상기 갈륨 화합물의 중량부와 같거나 그보다 큰 태양 전지 전극용 페이스트 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서,

상기 무기 조성물이 유리 프릿이고,
상기 복수의 금속 화합물이 각기 금속 산화물로 구성되며,
상기 도전성 분말이 은(Ag) 분말인 태양 전지 전극용 페이스트 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 태양 전지 전극용 페이스트 조성물 전체 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 도전성 분말이 70 내지 90 중량부로 포함되고,
상기 도전성 분말 전체 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 무기 조성물이 0.1 내지 10 중량부만큼 포함되는 태양 전지 전극용 페이스트 조성물. - 반도체 기판;
상기 반도체 기판에 또는 상기 반도체 기판 위에 형성되는 도전형 영역; 및
상기 도전형 영역에 연결되는 전극
을 포함하고,
상기 전극이, 도전성 물질과, 갈륨을 포함하는 갈륨 화합물을 포함하는 복수의 금속 화합물을 포함하여 형성되는 무기 조성물을 포함하는 태양 전지. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 금속 화합물이 납을 포함하는 납 화합물을 더 포함하는 태양 전지. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 무기 조성물에서, 상기 납 화합물의 중량부가 상기 갈륨 화합물의 중량부와 같거나 그보다 큰 태양 전지. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 금속 화합물이 상기 갈륨 화합물 및 상기 납 화합물 이외의 추가 금속 화합물을 더 포함하는 태양 전지. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 추가 금속 화합물 중에서 가장 큰 중량부를 가지는 제1 금속 화합물의 중량부보다 상기 갈륨 화합물의 중량부가 더 큰 태양 전지. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 무기 조성물이 유리 프릿이고,
상기 복수의 금속 화합물이 각기 금속 산화물로 구성되며,
상기 도전성 분말이 은(Ag) 분말인 태양 전지.
