도 2는 본 발명에서 듀얼 풀-브릿지 절연형 양방향 DC-DC 컨버터의 등가 회로도,
도 3은 구간별 스위치 신호, 인덕터 양단 전압 및 전류 파형도,
도 4는 모드별 동작 상태도이다.
20: 제1 단상 풀-브릿지 인버터
30: 인덕터
40: 절연형 트랜스
50: 제2 단상 풀-브릿지 인버터
60: 배터리
Claims (5)
- 상용 교류 전원을 인가받아 가변 직류 전압으로 변환하고, 전압전류의 역률을 제어하는 PFC(Power Factor Correction);
1차측과 2차측을 전기적으로 절연하는 절연형 트랜스;
상기 절연형 트랜스의 1차측과 상기 PFC 사이에 게재된 제1 단상 풀-브릿지 (Full-Bridge) 인버터;
상기 절연형 트랜스의 2차측과 배터리 사이에 게재된 제2 단상 풀-브릿지 인버터; 및
상기 절연형 트랜스의 1차측과 상기 제1 단상 풀-브릿지 인버터 사이에 게재되어 저장되는 에너지를 전력으로 출력하는 인덕터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차용 절연형 양방향 직류-직류 컨버터 충전기.
- 청구항 1에서, 상기 제1 및 제2 단상 풀-브릿지 인버터는 위상 제어 방식으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차용 절연형 양방향 직류-직류 컨버터 충전기.
- 청구항 1에서, 상기 절연형 트랜스는 N: 1 권선비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차용 절연형 양방향 직류-직류 컨버터 충전기.
- 청구항 1에서, 상기 제1 및 제2 단상 풀-브릿지 인버터의 듀티는 0.5로 고정되며, 인덕터 양단에 인가되는 전압의 위상 차를 이용하여 전력의 흐름이 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차용 절연형 양방향 직류-직류 컨버터 충전기.
- 청구항 1에서, 상기 제1 단상 풀-브릿지 인버터의 스위칭 신호가 상기 제2 단상 풀-브릿지 스위칭 신호보다 앞서는 경우 충전 모드로 동작하고, 상기 제2 단상 풀-브릿지 인버터의 스위칭 신호가 상기 제1 단상 풀-브릿지 스위칭 신호보다 앞서는 경우 방전 모드로 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차용 절연형 양방향 직류-직류 컨버터 충전기.
