Claims (16)
- 하기를 포함하는 가교성 조성물:

b) 유리 -NCO 기를 갖는 적어도 하나의 폴리이소시아네이트 가교제,
c) 상기 폴리올 a) 의 -OH 기와 상기 가교제 b) 의 -NCO 기 사이의 반응을 촉매하기 위한 적어도 하나의 촉매,
d) 화학식 RR'R"CCOOH (I) (식 중, 각각의 R, R' 및 R" 기는 독립적으로 적어도 하나의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알킬, 알케닐, 아릴 또는 아랄킬 기이고, 단 R, R' 및 R" 기 중 2 또는 3 개는 연결되어 고리 구조를 형성할 수 있고, R, R' 및/또는 R" 기는 치환될 수 있고, R, R' 및 R" 기의 총 탄소 원자 수는 3 내지 40 의 범위임) 의 적어도 하나의 3차 산, 및
e) 임의로, 적어도 하나의 -SH 기를 함유하는 적어도 하나의 착화제. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 착화제 e) 가 존재하고 유기 화합물로부터 선택되는 가교성 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 착화제 e) 가 화학식 R-SH (II) (식 중, R 은 예를 들어 하이드록실 기, 1차, 2차 또는 3차 아민 기, 실란 또는 실록산 기, 에테르 기, 에스테르 기, 카복실산 기와 같은 하나 이상의 다른 관능기로 임의 치환되는 알킬, 알케닐, 아릴 또는 아랄킬 기일 수 있음) 의 것들; 화학식 HS-(CH2)x-SH (IV) (식 중, x 는 1 내지 20 임) 의 것들; 화학식 (HSCH2)4- mC(CH2SCH2CH2SH)m (V) (식 중, m 은 1 내지 4 임) 의 것들; 화학식 HS(CH)nCOOH (VI) (식 중, n 은 1 내지 20 임) 의 카복실산과 2 개 이상의 OH-관능기를 갖는 폴리올의 반응 생성물인 것들; 뿐만 아니라 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 가교성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 c) 가 금속 기반 촉매, 바람직하게는 금속이 주석, 비스무트, 아연, 지르코늄 또는 알루미늄, 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 금속 기반 촉매를 포함하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 촉매 c) 가 주석(II) 카복실레이트, 디알킬 주석 (IV) 카복실레이트, 비스무트 카복실레이트, 아연 카복실레이트, 알루미늄 카복실레이트, 바람직하게는 디알킬 주석 디카복실레이트, 비스무트 카복실레이트, 아연 카복실레이트, 보다 바람직하게는 디부틸 주석 디라우레이트, 디옥틸 주석 디라우레이트, 아연 2-에틸헥사노에이트, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 가교성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 착화제 e) 의 양이 금속 기반 촉매 c) 로부터의 금속의 몰 당량 당 -SH 기의 몰 당량이 금속 1 당량 당 SH 1 내지 20 몰 당량 범위가 되게 하는 가교성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3차 산 d) 가 일반 화학식 RR'R"CCOOH (I) (식 중, R, R' 및 R" 기의 총 탄소 원자 수는 3 내지 30 범위임) 을 갖는 가교성 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 3차 산 d) 가 일반 화학식 RR'R"CCOOH (I) (식 중, R 은 메틸 또는 에틸 기이고, R' 및 R" 기의 총 탄소 원자 수는 2 내지 17 이고, R' 및/또는 R" 는 미치환되거나 오직 하나의 하이드록실 기로 치환됨) 을 갖는 가교성 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 3차 산 d) 가 네오데칸산, 베르사트산, 3-하이드록시-2,2-디메틸프로피온산, 2,2-비스(하이드록시메틸)프로피온산, 아비에트산, 1-메틸 시클로헥산산, 디메틸말론산, 에틸메틸말론산, 디에틸말론산, 2,2-디메틸숙신산, 2,2-디에틸숙신산, 2,2-디메틸글루타르산, 2,2-디메틸프로피온산, 2,2-디메틸부티르산, 2-에틸-2-메틸부티르산, 2,2-디에틸부티르산, 2,2-디메틸발레르산, 2-에틸-2-메틸발레르산, 2,2-디에틸발레르산, 2,2-디메틸헥산산, 2,2-디에틸헥산산, 2,2-디메틸옥탄산, 2-에틸-2,5-디메틸헥산산, 3-메틸이소시트르산, 4,4-디메틸아코니트산, 1-메틸시클로펜탄 카복실산, 1,2,2-트리메틸-1,3-시클로펜탄 디카복실산, 1-메틸시클로헥산 카복실산, 2-메틸바이시클로[2.2.1]-5-헵텐-2-카복실산, 2-메틸-7-옥사바이시클로[2.2.1]-5-헵텐-2-카복실산, 1-아다만탄 카복실산, 바이시클로[2.2.1]헵탄-1-카복실산 및 바이시클로[2.2.2]옥탄-1-카복실산 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 가교성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물 중 3차 산 d) 의 양이 폴리올 a) 1 그램 당 3차 산 d) 0.005 내지 0.5 mmol 범위인 가교성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 a) 가 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리올, 폴리카보네이트 폴리올, 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리우레탄 폴리올, 멜라민 폴리올, 및 이들의 혼합물 및 하이브리드로부터 선택되고, 폴리올 1 그램 당 20 내지 1,000 mg KOH 범위의 하이드록실가 및 폴리올 1 그램 당 15 mg KOH 이하의 산가를 갖는 가교성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 a), 가교제 b), 촉매 c), 3차 산 d) 및, 존재하는 경우, 착화제 e) 및/또는 산화 방지제 f1) 및/또는 라디칼 스캐빈저 f2) 의 총량을 기준으로, 하기를 포함하는 가교성 조성물:
ㆍ 10 내지 90 중량% 의 폴리올 a),
ㆍ 10 내지 90 중량% 의 폴리이소시아네이트 가교제 b),
ㆍ 0.001 내지 10 중량% 의 촉매 c),
ㆍ 0.001 내지 10 중량% 의 3차 산 d), 및
ㆍ 임의로, 0.001 내지 1 중량% 의 착화제 e),
ㆍ 임의로, 0.05 내지 1.5 중량% 의 산화 방지제 f1),
ㆍ 임의로, 0.05 내지 1.5 중량% 의 라디칼 스캐빈저 f2). - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3차 산 d) 에 추가하여 1차 및/또는 2차 산을 3차 산의 양의 1 내지 100 mol% 범위로 포함하는 가교성 조성물.

ii. 적어도 하나의 폴리이소시아네이트 가교제 b) 를 포함하는 가교제 모듈. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 적어도 하나의 폴리올 a) 및 적어도 하나의 3차 산 d) 및, 임의로, 적어도 하나의 착화제 e), 적어도 하나의 산화 방지제 f1) 및/또는 적어도 하나의 라디칼 스캐빈저 f2) 를 포함하는 결합제 모듈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 가교성 조성물을 물체의 적어도 일부, 바람직하게는 운송 차량의 표면에 적용하고, 적용된 조성물을 바람직하게는 5 내지 180 ℃ 범위의 온도에서 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 코팅의 제공 방법.
