Claims (9)
- 용접 볼트를 기판에 용접하기 위한 장치로서,
용접 볼트를 위한 볼트 홀더를 구비하는 용접 건, 용접기, 가스 용기, 상기 가스 용기로부터 상기 볼트 홀더로 가스를 전달하기 위한 가스 라인, 상기 가스 라인 내에 배치되는 밸브, 및 상기 밸브를 제어하기 위한 제어 장치를 포함하고, 상기 제어 장치는, 상기 가스 라인을 상기 가스 용기로부터의 가스로 정화하기 위해 상기 밸브를 사전 결정된 시간 동안 개방하도록 제공되는 것인, 용접 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 사전 결정된 시간이 경과되었을 때, 용접 프로세스를 개시하도록 제공되는 것인, 용접 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 사전 결정된 시간이 경과되었을 때, 상기 용접 장치가 용접 프로세스를 위해 준비되어 있다고 상기 용접 장치의 사용자에게 신호를 보내도록 제공되는 것인, 용접 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가스 용기는, 상기 용접기, 상기 가스 라인 및/또는 상기 용접 건에 의해 지지되는 것인, 용접 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용접 장치는, 상기 가스 라인을 통한 가스 흐름을 조절하기 위한 가스 흐름 조절 장치를 더 포함하고, 상기 가스 흐름 조절 장치는, 밸브를 포함하는 것인, 용접 장치. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용접 장치는, 상기 용접기로부터 상기 용접 건으로 용접 전류를 전달하기 위한 제1 전기 케이블, 및 상기 기판으로부터 상기 용접기로 용접 전류를 전달하기 위한 제2 전기 케이블을 포함하는 것인, 용접 장치. - 용접 볼트를 기판에 용접하기 위한 방법으로서,
a) 용접 볼트를 위한 볼트 홀더를 갖는 용접 건, 용접기, 가스 용기, 상기 가스 용기로부터 상기 볼트 홀더로 가스를 전달하기 위한 가스 라인, 및 상기 가스 라인 내에 배치되는 밸브를 포함하는, 용접 장치를 제공하는 단계,
b) 상기 가스 라인을 상기 가스 용기로부터의 가스로 정화하기 위해 사전 결정된 시간 동안 상기 밸브를 개방하는 단계,
c) 상기 용접 볼트 주위로 상기 가스 용기로부터의 가스가 흐르는 동안 상기 용접 볼트를 상기 기판에 용접하는 단계를 포함하는 것인, 용접 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 사전 결정된 시간이 경과되었을 때, 단계 c)가 개시되는 것인, 용접 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 사전 결정된 시간이 경과되었을 때, 상기 용접 장치가 용접 프로세스를 위해 준비되어 있다고 상기 용접 장치의 사용자에게 신호가 보내지는 것인, 용접 방법.
