Claims (15)
- 브릿지 와이어를 지그에 부착하는 제1 단계;
상기 브릿지 와이어에 용가재(鎔加材)를 도금하는 제2 단계;
상기 용가재가 도금된 상기 브릿지 와이어를 지그로부터 분리하는 제3 단계;
상기 분리된 브릿지 와이어에서 용가재가 도금된 부분을 세라믹 봉 결합체의 단자에 브레이징하여 접합시키는 제4 단계;를 포함하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 도금은 전해 도금 또는 무전해 도금인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 지그는 절연 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 지그는 상기 브릿지 와이어가 고정되도록 고정부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 지그는 원통형 튜브, 사각형 튜브 또는 평면형 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2 단계에서 상기 지그에 부착하는 상기 브릿지 와이어는 4개 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 단자는 전극 단자 및 센서 단자에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 인 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 전극 단자는 히터 전극 패턴에 연결되고, 상기 센서 단자는 센서 전극 패턴에 연결되고,
상기 전극 단자 및 상기 센서 단자는 (+) 및 (-)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 도금은 상기 브릿지 와이어의 일부에 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 도금은 상기 브릿지 와이어의 일부에 행하는 것은 상기 브릿지 와이어의 일부를 전해액에 넣어 도금하는 방법 또는 상기 브릿지 와이어에서 일부 영역에 테이프를 부착하여 전해액에 넣어 도금한 후 상기 테이프를 띄어내어 테이프가 부착되지 않는 부분만 도금하는 방법인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 브릿지 와이어는 니켈(Ni), 백금(Pt), 텅스텐(W), 알루미늄(Al), 은(Ag), 스테인레스의 금속, 카본, 그래파이트의 전도성 물질의 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 용가재는 구리(Cu), 은(Ag), 알루미늄(Al), 납(Pb)에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법. - 청구항 1 내지 12의 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 세라믹 히터.
- 청구항 13에 기재된 세라믹 히터를 구비한 이미용 고대기.
- 청구항 13에 기재된 세라믹 히터를 구비한 전자 담배.
