Claims (6)
- 유청 30~50중량%, 톱밥 30~50중량%, 비지 10~20중량% 및 생균제 1~10중량%를 포함하는,
굼벵이 사료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 생균제는 미생물 배지에 바실러스 서브틸리스를 접종하고 진탕 배양한 후, 미생물 배양물을 원심분리하여 농축한 다음 진공동결건조시켜 미생문 분말을 얻은 후, 상기 미생물 분말 100중량부에 비타민 A 20중량부, 비타민 E 30중량부, 황산아연 50중량부, 황산망간 70중량부, 황산철 60중량부 및 황산구리 20중량부를 혼합하고 숙성시키되,
상기 미생물 배지는 천연초 줄기 분말 40중량% 및 석류 착즙액 60중량%를 포함하는,
굼벵이 사료 조성물.
- 생균제를 제조하는 단계(단계 1);
상기 생균제, 유청, 비지 및 톱밥을 혼합하는 단계(단계 2); 및
상기 혼합된 생균제, 유청, 비지 및 톱밥을 발효시키는 단계(단계 3);
를 포함하는,
굼벵이 사료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 단계 1에서 생균제는 미생물 배지를 130℃, 1기압에서 10분 동안 살균하고, 살균된 미생물 배지에 바실러스 서브틸리스를 접종한 후 30℃에서 4일 동안 진탕 배양하고, 미생물 배양물을 원심분리하여 농축한 다음, 진공동결건조시켜 미생물 분말을 얻고, 상기 얻어진 미생물 분말 100중량부에 비타민 A 20중량부, 비타민 E 30중량부, 황산아연 50중량부, 황산망간 70중량부, 황산철 60중량부 및 황산구리 20중량부를 혼합하고 숙성시켜 제조하는,
굼벵이 사료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2는,
상기 생균제 1~10중량%, 유청 30~50중량%, 비지 10~20중량% 및 톱밥 30~50중량%를 혼합하는,
굼벵이 사료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 단계 3은 상기 혼합된 생균제, 유청, 비지 및 톱밥을 30~40일 동안 발효시키는,
굼벵이 사료 조성물의 제조방법.
