Claims (11)
- 기재층 및 보강층을 포함하고,
상기 기재층은 페놀 폼이고,
상기 보강층은 미네랄 울을 포함하고, 상기 보강층의 밀도는 120kg/m3 내지 200kg/m3인
건축용 복합 단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보강층은 페놀계 수지, 우레탄계 수지, 아크릴계 수지 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 바인더를 더 포함하는
건축용 복합 단열재.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 보강층 100 중량부 대비 상기 바인더를 1.5 중량부 내지 3.5 중량부 포함하는
건축용 복합 단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 미네랄 울의 평균 직경은 4㎛ 내지 10㎛인
건축용 복합 단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보강층의 두께는 30㎜ 내지 160㎜인
건축용 복합 단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서
상기 기재층의 두께는 70㎜ 내지 130㎜인
건축용 복합 단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기재층 및 상기 보강층 사이에 면재를 더 포함하는
건축용 복합 단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
관내법(KS F 2814)에 의하여, 하기 식 1에 따른 평균 흡음률이 0.5 내지 0.75인
건축용 복합 단열재:

평균 흡음률 (NRC) = (a250+a500+a1,000+a2,000)/4
여기서, aX 는 XHz의 흡음률 (X는 숫자)을 의미한다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
관내법(KS F 2814)에 의하여, 250Hz에서 흡음률이 0.4 내지 1이고,
500Hz에서 흡음률이 0.5 내지 1인
건축용 복합 단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
20℃, 두께 방향의 열전도율이 20 mW/mK 내지 30mW/mK 인
건축용 복합 단열재.
- 건축물의 벽체;
상기 건축물의 벽체에 부착된 모르타르 또는 접착제; 및
상기 모르타르 또는 접착제에 부착된 건축용 복합 단열재; 를 포함하며,
상기 건축용 복합 단열재는 상기 모르타르 또는 접착제에 부착된 기재층과 상기 기재층의 일면에 부착된 보강층을 포함하고,
상기 기재층은 페놀 폼이고, 상기 보강층은 미네랄 울을 포함하고, 상기 보강층의 밀도는 120kg/m3 내지 200kg/m3인
