Claims (10)
- 전극단자가 각각에 형성된 복수의 전지셀;
상기 전극단자와 전기적으로 접속되도록 상기 전극단자가 위치한 방향으로 일부위가 돌출 연장되어 상기 전극단자와 접촉하는 접속부를 구비한 버스바 플레이트; 및
상기 버스바 플레이트와 상기 전지셀 사이에 개재되고 상기 버스바 플레이트의 접속부가 삽입되도록 접속구가 형성된 방열 부재
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전지셀은, 양 단면 각각에 서로 극성이 다른 제1 전극단자 및 제2 전극단자가 형성된 원통형 전지셀이고,
상기 방열 부재는, 복수 포함되어 상기 제1 전극단자 또는 상기 제2 전극단자가 위치한 상기 전지셀의 양 단부 각각에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 버스바 플레이트는, 상기 접속부의 외주변으로부터 외측 방향으로 연장되고 상기 방열 부재의 외측면과 대면하도록 구성된 방열부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 방열 부재는 원형 패드 형태를 가질 수 있고,
상기 방열 부재는, 상기 원형 패드 형태 중, 상기 접속구와 접하도록 위치되고 내열성 소재를 구비한 내열부; 및
상기 원형 패드 형태 중, 중앙을 기준으로 상기 내열부 보다 외측에 형성되며 흡열성 소재를 구비한 흡열부
를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 방열 부재는, 상기 원형 패드 형태의 외주부로부터 상기 원통형 전지셀의 외면을 따라 내측 방향으로 연장 형성된 연장부를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 전지팩은, 보호회로모듈을 더 포함하고,
상기 보호회로모듈은,
도선 패턴이 새겨진 인쇄회로기판; 및
상기 전지셀의 전압을 측정하도록 도선을 구비한 전압 센싱 유닛을 구비하고,
상기 버스바 플레이트에는, 상기 전압 센싱 유닛의 도선과 전기적으로 접속하고 상기 방열부의 외주변의 일부로부터 외측 방향으로 돌출 연장된 센싱부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 접속부에는 일방향으로 길게 연장된 슬릿이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전지팩은, 전기적 절연성 재질로 구성되어 상기 버스바 플레이트 외측면에 밀착되도록 위치된 절연 패드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전지팩을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전지팩을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차.
