Description
도 2는 종래 기술로서, 2구의 배출구를 포함하는 배기 일체형 헤드와 1구의 유입공을 포함하는 터보차저의 결합구조에 따른 열 해석 결과를 도시하고 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예로서, 터보차저 체결구조를 포함하는 터보차저 체결부의 구성을 도시하고 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예로서, 터보차저 체결구조를 포함하는 터보차저 체결부의 측단면도 구성을 도시하고 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예로서, 터보차저 체결구조를 포함하는 터보차저 체결부의 스탑퍼 구성을 측단면도로 도시하고 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예로서, 터보차저 체결구조를 포함하는 유동중의 배기가스의 열 해석 결과를 도시하고 있다.

Claims (5)
- 2구의 배출구를 포함하는 배기 일체형 헤드;
상기 배기 일체형 헤드와 체결되도록 터보차저 일단에 위치하는 체결부;
상기 체결부 상에 위치하고 상기 배기 일체형 헤드의 상기 2구 배출구와 대응되도록 구성되며, 상기 배기 일체형 헤드를 통해 배기가스가 상기 터보차저로 유입되도록 격벽을 포함하는 유입공;으로 구성되는 터보차저 체결구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 유입공에 위치하는 격벽은,
유입파이프를 따라 길이 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 유입파이프 내측의 일단이 유선형으로 구성되도록 곡률부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저 체결구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 체결부 상에 상기 유입공의 형상에 대응되도록 구성되는 다수의 가스켓을 포함하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저 체결구조.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 다수의 가스켓 사이에는 적어도 하나 이상의 스탑퍼;를 포함하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저 체결구조.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 스탑퍼가 위치하는 상기 가스켓의 양 끝단에 헤밍부;를 포함하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저 체결구조.
