Description
도 2는 대장 오가노이드의 이식 후 7일차에 대장 조직에 이식된 오가노이드의 면적을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 3은 대장 오가노이드의 이식 후 7일차에 대장 조직 단면을 관찰한 결과를 나타낸 사진이다.
도 4는 대장 오가노이드의 이식 후 7일차에 오가노이드를 이식한 대장의 형태 사진이다.
도 5는 대장 오가노이드의 이식 후 7일차에 오가노이드를 이식한 대장의 중량/길이를 계산한 결과 그래프이다.
도 6은 대장 오가노이드의 이식 후 2차 오가노이드를 형성시킨 후 GFP 신호를 확인한 결과 사진이다.
도 7은 대장 오가노이드의 이식 후 2차 오가노이드를 형성시킨 후 GFP를 발현하는 오가노이드의 수를 측정하여 이식된 면적과의 연관성을 측정한 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (6)
- 오가노이드; 젤라틴, 콜라겐, 피브린 글루, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 생체 이식용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 오가노이드는 장 오가노이드, 망막 오가노이드, 신장 오가노이드, 간 오가노이드, 위 오가노이드, 전립선 오가노이드, 유방 오가노이드, 내이 오가노이드, 심장 근섬유 오가노이드, 간 내피 오가노이드, 췌장 오가노이드, 나팔관 오가노이드, 및 대뇌 오가노이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 젤라틴은 조성물 총 중량에 대해 2.5 내지 10%(w/v) 포함되는 것인 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 콜라겐은 조성물 총 중량에 대해 10 내지 20%(v/v) 포함되는 것인 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 피브린 글루는 조성물 총 중량에 대해 10 내지 15%(v/v) 포함되는 것인 조성물.
- 젤라틴, 콜라겐, 피브린 글루, 또는 이들의 조합을 오가노이드와 혼합하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합물을 개체에 투여하는 단계를 포함하는 오가노이드의 이식 방법.
