Claims (9)
- 페놀계 수지, 발포제, 경화제 및 폴리인산을 포함하는 발포성 조성물의 열경화물이고,
KS F ISO 5660-1에 따라, 50kW/㎡ 복사열을 10분간 적용한 총 방출열량 (THR600)이 0 내지 7MJ/㎡인
페놀 수지 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발포제는 히드로플루오로올레핀(hydrofluoroolefin, HFO)계 화합물과 탄화수소계 화합물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는
페놀 수지 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경화제는 톨루엔 술폰산, 자일렌 술폰산, 벤젠술폰산, 페놀 술폰산, 스티렌 술폰산, 에틸벤젠 술폰산, 나프탈렌 술폰산 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는
페놀 수지 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발포성 조성물은 상기 페놀계 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 상기 경화제 8 중량부 내지 30 중량부를 포함하는
페놀 수지 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발포성 조성물은 상기 페놀계 수지 100 중량부 대비 상기 폴리인산 4 중량부 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는
페놀 수지 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발포성 조성물은 상기 경화제 100 중량부 대비 상기 폴리인산 25 중량부 내지 100 중량부를 포함하는
페놀 수지 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
20℃, 열전도율이 0.020W/m·K 내지 0.025W/m·K 인
페놀 수지 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
KS M ISO 845 에 따른 압축강도가 100kPa 내지 200kPa인
페놀 수지 발포체.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 페놀 수지 발포체를 포함하는 단열재.
