Claims (7)
- 이피디엠 고무 100중량부를 기준으로,
에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 (EVA) 0.5 내지 5 중량부,
폴리프로필렌 수지 10 내지 30 중량부를 포함하며, 상기 이피디엠 고무는 에틸리덴 노보넨(ENB)의 함량이 4~10wt%인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이피디엠 고무 100중량부를 기준으로,
가교 활성제 0.25 내지 2.5중량부, 파라핀계 연화제 20 내지 50중량부, 및 가교제 0.5 내지 5중량부로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 더 포함하는, 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이피디엠 고무 100중량부를 기준으로,
무기충전제 15 내지 35 중량부를 더 포함하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트(EVA)는 용융지수(ASTM D1238 125℃, 2.16kg하중)가 1~10 g/10min인 열가소성 엘라스토머조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지는 용융지수(ASTM D1238 230℃, 2.16kg하중)가 0.5~5 g/10min인 호모 폴리프로필렌 수지인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 압축영구줄음율은 36% 이내이고, 경도변화 (쇼아 A)는 5% 이내이며, 인장강도변화율은 및 신율변화율은 12% 이내인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항의 조성물을 사출 성형하여 제조되는 자동차 부품.
