Abstract
산화물 세라믹 재료를
(a) 1차 열처리하고,
(b) 2차 열처리하고,
(c) 냉각시키고,
상기 단계 (a)에서의 열처리는 단계 (b)에서의 열처리보다 낮은 압력에서 수행되는 것인 치과용 수복물의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (16)
- 치과용 수복물의 제조 방법으로서,
산화물 세라믹 재료를
(a) 1차 열처리하고,
(b) 2차 열처리하고,
(c) 냉각시키고,
상기 단계 (a)에서의 열처리는 단계 (b)에서의 열처리보다 낮은 압력에서 수행되는 것인 치과용 수복물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서 산화물 세라믹 재료를, 1100 내지 1600℃ 범위, 특히 1200 내지 1500℃ 범위, 바람직하게는 1250 내지 1450℃ 범위, 더욱 바람직하게는 1300 내지 1400℃ 범위에 있고, 가장 바람직하게는 약 1350℃인 온도로 가열하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서 산화물 세라믹 재료를, 10 내지 500 K/min, 특히 50 내지 250 K/min, 바람직하게는 100 내지 200 K/min 범위의 가열 속도로 가열하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서의 열처리를, 200 mbar 미만, 바람직하게는 100 mbar 미만, 특히 바람직하게는 50 mbar 미만의 압력에서, 특히 0.1 내지 200 mbar 범위, 바람직하게는 1 내지 150 mbar 범위, 특히 바람직하게는 50 내지 100 mbar 범위의 압력에서 수행하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서 산화물 세라믹 재료를 (b1) 임의로 추가로 가열하고 (b2) 바람직하게는 1100 내지 1700℃ 범위, 특히 1300 내지 1600℃ 범위, 바람직하게는 1350 내지 1550℃ 범위의 일정한 온도, 특히 바람직하게는 약 1500℃의 온도에서 유지 및 소결하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 단계 (b2)에서의 유지를, 1 내지 60분, 특히 2 내지 30분, 바람직하게는 3 내지 15분, 특히 바람직하게는 약 5분 동안 수행하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서의 열처리를, 500 mbar 초과의 압력, 특히 주위 압력에서 수행하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서의 열처리를 산소 함유 분위기, 특히 공기, 산소 농후 공기, 또는 산소에서 수행하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계 (b) 동안 가열 챔버를 통해 산소 함유 분위기, 바람직하게는 공기, 산소 농후 공기, 또는 산소가, 불연속적으로 또는 바람직하게는 연속적으로, 특히 0.1 내지 50 l/min, 바람직하게는 1 내지 20 l/min, 특히 바람직하게는 4 내지 8 l/min의 유속으로 흐르는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제5항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서 산화물 세라믹 재료를, 단계 (b)에서 산화물 세라믹 재료가 유지되는 온도 또는 온도 범위보다 0 내지 500 K, 특히 10 내지 250 K, 바람직하게는 50 내지 200 K, 특히 바람직하게는 100 내지 150 K 낮은 온도로 가열하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (c)에서 산화물 세라믹 재료를, 20 내지 1300℃ 범위, 특히 100 내지 1250℃ 범위, 바람직하게는 1000 내지 1200℃ 범위에 있는 온도로 냉각시키는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화물 세라믹 재료가 지르코니아, 특히 정방정계 지르코니아 다결정(TZP)을 기반으로 하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 지르코니아가 Y2O3, CeO2, MgO 및/또는 CaO로 안정화되고, 바람직하게는 지르코니아 함량에 대하여 2 내지 12 몰%, 특히 3 내지 5 몰%의 상기 산화물로 안정화되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화물 세라믹 재료가 유색이고, 바람직하게는 특히 색이 상이한 적어도 2개의 층을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치과용 수복물은 브릿지, 인레이, 온레이, 크라운, 베니어, 패싯 또는 어버트먼트이고, 바람직하게는 둘 이상의 유닛을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 치과용 수복물의 제조를 위한 산화물 세라믹 재료의 용도로서, 산화물 세라믹 재료는
(a) 1차 열처리가 실시되고,
(b) 2차 열처리가 실시되고,
(c) 냉각되고,
상기 단계 (a)에서의 열처리는 단계 (b)에서의 열처리보다 낮은 압력에서 수행되는 것인 용도.
