Abstract
Description
도 1은 회전식 임펄스 패들 시일러를 포함한 수직 형태의 충전 기계의 개략도를 도시하며;
도 2는 예시적인 회전식 임펄스 패들 시일러 롤러를 도시하며;
도 3은 예시적인 회전식 임펄스 패들 시일러 시일 바(bar)를 도시하며;
도 4는 수직 형태의 충전 기계를 위한 구동 시스템의 대안적인 배열을 도시한다.
Claims (28)
- 접합성 재료에 일련의 개별 접합을 형성하기 위한 회전식 임펄스 시일러(impulse sealer)로서,
축을 중심으로 회전 가능한 롤러(roller), 및
롤러에 접합성 재료를 도입하기 위한 장력 벨트(belt)를 포함하며;
상기 롤러는 롤러 본체, 및 롤러로부터 반경 방향 외측으로 연장하고 롤러 본체 주위로 이격된 복수의 시일 바들(bars)을 가지며, 상기 시일 바들 중 적어도 하나는 본체, 및 시일 바 본체의 길이의 적어도 일부를 따라서 연장하는 선택적으로 가열 가능한 가열 요소를 가지며;
상기 롤러는 회전식 임펄스 시일러의 예열 압력 인가 영역을 통해 회전 가능하며, 상기 예열 압력 인가 영역에서 적어도 하나의 시일 바는 접합성 재료의 접합 구역에 압력을 가하도록 구성되며, 상기 접합 구역에는 적어도 하나의 시일 바가 접합 구역을 가열하도록 구성되는 회전식 임펄스 시일러의 가열 영역이 이어지며, 상기 가열 영역은 롤러의 회전에 대해 고정적이며;
상기 롤러의 회전 속도는 시일 바가 접합 구역에 압력을 가하는 동안 적어도 하나의 시일 바가 접합성 재료와 실질적으로 동일한 속도로 이동하도록 접합성 재료에 대해 조정 가능한,
접합성 재료에 일련의 개별 접합을 형성하기 위한 회전식 임펄스 시일러. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 롤러는 적어도 하나의 시일 바가 접합성 재료에 압력을 가하도록 구성되는 회전식 임펄스 시일러의 후-가열 압력 인가 영역을 통해 회전 가능한,

상기 가열 영역은 열 및 압력 인가 영역인,
접합성 재료에 일련의 개별 접합을 형성하기 위한 회전식 임펄스 시일러. - 제1 항 내지 제5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시일 바의 본체는 절연 재료이거나 절연 재료를 포함하는,
접합성 재료에 일련의 개별 접합을 형성하기 위한 회전식 임펄스 시일러. - 제1 항 내지 제6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가열 요소는 실질적으로, 시일 바 본체의 전체 길이를 따라서 연장하는,
접합성 재료에 일련의 개별 접합을 형성하기 위한 회전식 임펄스 시일러. - 제1 항 내지 제7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가열 요소는 전도성 재료이거나 전도성 재료를 포함하는,
접합성 재료에 일련의 개별 접합을 형성하기 위한 회전식 임펄스 시일러. - 제1 항 내지 제8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 롤러 본체는 복수의 슬롯들(slots)을 가지며, 각각의 슬롯은 시일 바들 중 하나를 보유하는,
접합성 재료에 일련의 개별 접합을 형성하기 위한 회전식 임펄스 시일러. - 제1 항 내지 제9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 시일 바는 롤러 축에 실질적으로 평행한 종축을 가지는,
접합성 재료에 일련의 개별 접합을 형성하기 위한 회전식 임펄스 시일러. - 제1 항 내지 제10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 시일 바는 롤러 축에 평행하지 않은 종축을 가지는,
접합성 재료에 일련의 개별 접합을 형성하기 위한 회전식 임펄스 시일러. - 제1 항 내지 제11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 각각의 시일 바는 본체, 및 시일 바 본체의 길이의 적어도 일부를 따라서 연장하는 선택적으로 가열 가능한 가열 소자를 가지는,
접합성 재료에 일련의 개별 접합을 형성하기 위한 회전식 임펄스 시일러. - 제1 항 내지 제12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 롤러 축은 고정 축인,
접합성 재료에 일련의 개별 접합을 형성하기 위한 회전식 임펄스 시일러. - 수직 형태의 충전 기계로서,
상기 기계를 통한 그들의 대향 에지들(edges)을 따라서 연속적으로 함께 밀봉되는 적어도 두 개의 접합성 재료 시트들을 구동하기 위한 구동 시스템;
상기 2 개의 접합성 재료 시트들 사이에 충전 제품을 도입하기 위한 충전 제품 공급 장치; 및
상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 따른 회전식 임펄스 시일러를 포함하며, 상기 회전식 임펄스 시일러는 적어도 2 개의 접합성 재료 시트들에 횡 방향 시일들을 만들어서 충전 제품의 밀봉된 저장소를 형성하도록 구성되는,
수직 형태의 충전 기계. - 제14 항에 있어서,
상기 접합성 재료의 시트들을 수용하고 접합성 재료 시트들의 대향 에지들을 따라서 2 개의 연속적으로 이격된 종 방향 시일들을 형성하기 위한 2 개의 원통형 롤러들을 더 포함하는,
수직 형태의 충전 기계. - 제15 항에 있어서,
상기 원통형 롤러들은 접합성 재료 시트들을 수평면에 대해 약 90°의 각도로 회전식 임펄스 시일러로 도입하도록 배열되는,
수직 형태의 충전 기계. - 제14 항 내지 제16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 회전식 임펄스 시일러는 시일을 만드는 시일 바가 밀봉될 접합성 재료와 실질적으로 동일한 속도로 이동하도록 구동되는,
수직 형태의 충전 기계. - 유체 또는 유동성 재료를 함유하는 패키지를 형성하는 방법으로서,
a) 사이에 유체 또는 유동성 재료를 갖는 적어도 두 개의 접합성 재료 시트들을 연속적으로 제공하는 단계;
b) 유체 또는 유동성 재료를 횡 방향 접합 구역으로부터 멀어지게 압박하기 위해 접합성 재료의 횡 방향 접합 구역에 압력을 가하는 단계; 및
c) 시일을 형성하도록 횡 방향 접합 구역을 가열하는 단계를 포함하며;
상기 단계들(b 및 c)은 회전식 임펄스 시일러에 의해 수행되며;
상기 접합성 재료는 장력 벨트에 의해서 회전식 임펄스 시일러로 도입 가능하며;
상기 회전식 임펄스 시일러의 회전 속도는 접합성 재료에 대해 조정 가능하여, 회전식 임펄스 시일러가 접합 구역에 압력을 가하는 동안 회전식 임펄스 시일러가 접합성 재료와 실질적으로 동일한 속도로 이동하는,
유체 또는 유동성 재료를 함유하는 패키지를 형성하는 방법. - 제18 항에 있어서,
d) 단계(c) 후에 횡 방향 접합 구역에 압력을 가하는 단계를 더 포함하는,

상기 단계(c)는 단계(b) 직후에 수행되는,

상기 단계(d)는 단계(c) 직후에 수행되는,
유체 또는 유동성 재료를 함유하는 패키지를 형성하는 방법. - 제18 항 내지 제23 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 횡 방향 접합 구역은 적어도 두 개의 접합성 재료 시트들의 폭을 가로지르는 횡 방향으로 연장하는,
유체 또는 유동성 재료를 함유하는 패키지를 형성하는 방법. - 제18 항 내지 제24 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
회전식 임펄스 시일러를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 회전식 임펄스 시일러는 축을 중심으로 회전 가능한 롤러를 포함하며, 상기 롤러는 롤러 본체 및 롤러로부터 반경 방향 외측으로 연장하고 롤러 본체 주위에 이격된 복수의 시일 바들을 가지며, 상기 시일 바들 중 적어도 하나는 본체 및 시일 바 본체의 길이의 적어도 일부를 따라 연장하는 선택적으로 가열 가능한 가열 요소를 가지며,

유체 또는 유동성 재료를 함유하는 패키지를 형성하는 방법. - 제19 항에 종속될 때 제25 항에 있어서,
