Claims (10)
- (a) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 1종 이상의 디아민; 및
(b) BCDA(Bicyclo[2,2,2]oct-7-ene-2,3,5,6- tetracarboxylic dianhydride);를 포함하는 폴리아믹산 조성물로부터 제조되는 폴리이미드 소재:

(상기 화학식 1에 있어서,
A는 , , , 또는 이고,
여기서, 상기 R1은 수소 및 C1-3의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬로 이루어진 군으로부터 독립적으로 선택되는 1 내지 4개의 치환기이고,
상기 R2 및 R3는 각각 수소, C1-3의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬로 이루어진 군으로부터 독립적으로 선택되는 1 내지 4개의 치환기이거나, 또는
인접한 R2 및 R3는 함께 연결되어, 단일결합을 형성할 수 있고,
상기 B는 단일결합, 할로젠으로 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-3의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌, 할로젠으로 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-4의 알케닐렌, -S-, -(S=O)-, -(O=S=O)-, -CR4R5-, 또는 -O-Z-O-이고,

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드 소재는,
(a) MDA(4.4'-diaminodiphenyl methane(MDA), 6F-m-DA(3,4'-hexafluoroisopropylidene-dianiline) 및 m-TDA (2,4-toluenediamine)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종의 디아민; 및
(b) BCDA(Bicyclo[2,2,2]oct-7-ene-2,3,5,6- tetracarboxylic dianhydride);를 포함하는 폴리아믹산 조성물로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리이미드 소재.
- (a) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 1종 이상의 디아민; 및
(b) BCDA(Bicyclo[2,2,2]oct-7-ene-2,3,5,6- tetracarboxylic dianhydride);를 포함하는 폴리아믹산 조성물을 이미드화 하는 단계;를 포함하는 폴리이미드 소재의 제조방법:

여기서, 상기 R1은 수소 및 C1-3의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬로 이루어진 군으로부터 독립적으로 선택되는 1 내지 4개의 치환기이고,
상기 R2 및 R3는 각각 수소, C1-3의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬로 이루어진 군으로부터 독립적으로 선택되는 1 내지 4개의 치환기이거나, 또는
인접한 R2 및 R3는 함께 연결되어, 단일결합을 형성할 수 있고,
상기 B는 단일결합, 할로젠으로 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-3의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌, 할로젠으로 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-4의 알케닐렌, -S-, -(S=O)-, -(O=S=O)-, -CR4R5-, 또는 -O-Z-O-이고,

상기 폴리이미드 소재는 NMP, DMAc, DMF, DMSO, THF, AC, CF, EA, MC, 또는 이들의 혼합 용매에 가용성인 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리이미드 소재.
- 제1항의 폴리이미드 소재를 포함하는, 기체분리막.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 기체분리막은, 수소, 메탄, 질소, 아산화질소, 산소, 일산화탄소, 및 이산화탄소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 기체 분리용인 것을 특징으로 하는, 기체분리막.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 기체분리막은, 천연가스의 이산화탄소 및 수분제거를 통한 메탄의 고순도화, 철강부생가스내에 이산화탄소의 제거 및 수소의 분리농축, 메탄리포밍내의 이산화탄소 및 수소분리농축, 아디픽산의 제조과정에서 아산화질소의 분리농축의 용도로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기체분리막.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 기체분리막은, 제5항의 폴리이미드 소재가 건습식 방사과정에서 상전이 공정을 통한 비대칭 중공사막 현태의 막으로 가공되거나, 다공성 폴리에터나 폴리프로필렌 지지체에 박막으로 코팅되어 복합막의 형태로 가공되어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 기체분리막.
